@vella85 Yeah I still remember his knock against Eng (2014) when he single-handedly won the match for Aus, when they were 9 down. I doubt that will see any young player getting test cap in upcoming series (specially fast bowler) that's a reason, a good number of players back into the shield squads before a test series. ( here I am hoping that Indian Test squad will play 1-2 warm-up match too before test series)

Aus struggling with their batting ( bowling not much) let's hope that we can see some fine innings from Khwaja and Marsh in a test match. if Khwaja is fit and ready to play then he can produce good runs for Aussie camp. Any new batsman's name popping in your mind? Finch can only play in top order but I have my doubt that he can effectively face Bumrah/ Shami in red ball cricket be it New or old ball. Mitchell Marsh is good but he's struggling in Red ball cricket with both bat and bowl.

@vella85 is there any reason that CA do not consider Faulkner for ODI anymore?

As expected, India Whitewashed West Indies in T20 series, many matches are turning into last ball endings, which makes me think that whether these matches are made like this or what... Anyways, it was an easy bet and won.

Even though this bet was easy and won by many people but the reward was not high as everyone knew the outcome of the match and if you select India as a winner, the reward was very less.

Shitty bets if you ask me Cheesy seasoned player didn't even bet on test series and ODI. except for T-20. according to me, this series was damage control. Read SA and Eng Test series. guess BCCI was already prepared for those lost.

Faulkner was one of the best all-rounders in the world when he was at his peak fitness, then injuries have set him back and since then he has never been able to get back into the Australian team. Maybe they feel they can't trust his body anymore, I'm not really sure why they don't consider him. I really think its time to inject some more young talent which we could see happen in the upcoming test series against India.

Second test match between Bangladesh and Zim has started and at the end of day 2, Zimb were 25/1 trailing by 497 runs. This would be huge task and the first task for Zimbabwe would be avoid follow on. Considering it is the Bangladesh home ground things would not be very easy for the Zim to score such huge total.

To be honest I can't see Zimbabwe avoiding the follow-on, that's also if Bangladesh decide to enforce the follow-on if it comes to that as not many teams now days enforce the follow-on. This test match could be over in 4 days, it all depends on how well Zimbabwe bat later today.

I don't think we can expect a big change from this Zimbabwe batting line-up. They have already lost the five batsmen and left only a couple of the main batsman and rest all bowlers so if Bangladesh bowl well then can take rest of the wickets in less than another 50 runs. Zimbabwe for a long time they didn't improve their performance and now their performance is worse than some of the new international teams.
Today Bangladesh done some good job and they are now on driving seat as Zimbabwe is going to face follow one just one wicket and they are short of well runs if Bangladesh came for batting again this could be more good as they can add 170 to 200 runs in less then 50 overs and then can give batting to Zimbabwe again as in last four sessions batting is never been easy for any team.

As expected Bangladesh declared their inning on 224/6 and gave Zimbabwe the target of 443 runs to win. Zimbabwe started their inning and are now 76/2 and require another 367 runs to win the match . It seems difficult that they could draw the match or win the test match.

Zimbabwe  is all out and they trail by 218 runs at the end of second days play. I think Bangladesh would bat and add another 250 - 300 runs on the board and declare their innings and all out the Zimbabwe in their second inning and win this match easily. Bangladesh should be winning it on fourth day itself.

The match between Pakistan and New Zealand tied due to rain and now both the teams will share the trophy. Very bad luck for Pakistan, as they were about to win the ODI series against New Zealand after 7 years.

Pakistan had made 279 in 50 overs and NZ was 35/1 in 6.5 overs. It was tough for Pakistan to tie the match due to rain and could have won the match as they where bowling quite well. On other hand NZ would find them self lucky that rain just came at the right time else it could have being D/L method applied.

SA won the 3rd ODI by 40 runs and also the series 2-1 against Australia. I really thought the match would go down to the wire but thanks to the great bowling of Rabada and Steyn at the end helped bowl Australia out for 280 runs. I thought that Shaun Marsh played well for his century but he needed to stick around longer if Australia were to win. Anyway congrats to SA on the series win and now the two teams play one T20 on Saturday.

The match went till the last ball and this was a exciting match as compared to rest of the 2 matches. This was the actual contest as compared to other matches and also worth watching and full of excitement. Dhawan was named Man of the match for his 92 runs.

Great total for SA after the poor start, Miller and Faf du Plessis put on a 200 run partnership to put SA in the box seat to win this match however Australia is not going to give up without a fight as currently 191/4 in the 37th over with Shaun Marsh playing well on 84 n/o and Carey on 21 n/o and Australia still have Maxwell to come so if these two can get to 250 runs before losing the next wicket I think Australia is within a good shot at winning the match and the series.

Australia won the toss and elected to bowl first in the 3rd of final ODI match against SA. In the 38th over SA are 170/3 and look in a strong position to at least make 280-300+ runs. Faf du Plessis and David Miller are keeping the SA innings together adter the great start by Australia, if these two can stick around for another 5 overs then SA should get close to the 300 run target.

David Miller changing gear now. he looks dangerous, let see if he can ruin the Starc economy rate. if he does then easy 300 mark.

OZ vs SA 3rd ODI have started and , OZ won the toss and elected to field. SA are 173/3 in 38 overs and Du Plessis and Miller are both playing well and have completed half century. If they stay another 5 -7 overs on the pitch then 300 could be on the cards and for OZ it would be difficult to chase looking at their present situation.

Will there be a twist in tomorrow's match.? I think West Indies will try to do something against India because if they dont then they will be Whitewashed. Also the odds of winning for WI will be high and I am gonna try that.
This make sense because last match of this tour and they already have some heavy defeats so they have to do something very surprising as they are currently world champions of this format they can go for win.

Twist or no twist, Will keep my eye on Ind W vs Pak W match tonight instead of Ind M v WI M

It goes same like two series decider game is playing today,

australia vs south Africa & Pakistan vs New Zealand, both this series is going superb

Australia after losses won the first match and now today decider match will be, Pakistan also won superb.

India vs West Indies match will be dead rubber as India won the 2 T20 matches of 3 match t20 series, so hope that WI win this match and save from white wash.
