Cocky? well, to get an answer to that we need to have a match between those two while PCB-BCCI dispute has always remained a hurdle. The cricket can actually play a key role in getting the peace talks between the two countries, but it seems like that it's not going to happen anytime soon, sadly. Roll Eyes

Bilateral series is not going to happen anytime soon, as the relations between the two countries are not getting any better. The next match between the two sides may be in 2019, during the Cricket World Cup.

Yeah, That's the only indo-pak match coming up next year. I like how the ICC thinks, Making two Rivals play the opening match in a home away from home for both the countries, iykwim xDD Anyway I would love to see more cricket matches between them.

The last match of Pakistan vs. New Zealand T20 series is about to begin with Pakistan deciding to bat first after winning the toss (yes, another toss win for Sarfaraz! He has been so lucky with the toss for the past few months). Pakistan has made one major bad change ("a blunder" would be more appropriate IMO) by selecting Usman Khan Shinwari in the place of Shaheen Afridi; I never like the performance of Usman.

I mean they have won the series, They have got nothing to lose. Why not try the bench?

OZ vs SA first ODI match is going . OZ got all out batting first at score of 152 runs and SA are already 94/1 in 17 overs. So it will be easy win for SA. But OZ will need to rethink how they will proceed from the next match because this was the worst performance for them.
The match between India vs West Indies 1st T20 looking very interesting now because Indian team loss 4 wikts for 57 in 11 overs I think if they loss two wikts then Indian will in trouble let's see what will going to happen.

Still, quite an easy target to chase, and now only 9 of 17 balls. A win is easy to take away by the Indian team. Though their Capt. Kohli isn't playing, I think they even don't need him in the match against WI. As a match-saving player, one can always keep faith upon Dinesh Karthik, after Dhoni being removed, D.Karthik is the most probable choice by the team management.

India won the first T20 match against the WI easily by 5 wickets. Kuldeep yadav was the man of the match for picking up 3 wickets. Inspite of having strong team in T20 they could not even cross 110 run is a huge worry for the team as this is not their standard cricket for which they are known.

Pakistan won the match by 6 wickets and with 2 balls to spare which also means they won yet another T20 series which I believe makes it 11 T20 series wins in a row which is amazing. I just wonder how many more series they can win before a team beats them?

Yeah, that's an official world record now. No team has won this many series consecutively.

Well, Pakistan vs. South Africa T20 series will begin in February, and it'll probably be another easy series win for Pakistanis. I'm expecting this series winning streak to go on for another year. Wink

Getting Cocky Eh?? Tongue I mean SA has got a good t20 squad. Beating them in their backyard will be a challenge tho. If they come on top against SA, ICC should make Pakistan Play against India. I believe only Team India Can stop their streak. They have this habit of losing against them. I mean the last time Pakistan played a series against India it was way back in 2012. It's been 6 years they have faced each other in a series. It's time Cricket fans got one again.  Grin

Yeah I'm not sure that Pakistan can beat SA at home even with the form they have been playing in. Yes they have also played some good teams in T20 but most have been the lower ranked teams and have been played in the UAE so it will be interesting to see how they perform away from the UAE next year. I also agree that there should be more series played between India and Pakistan but because there is always tension between the two countries this is why we don't see it happen all that often. We only see them play a match every now and then when they meet in tournaments so I would also like to see them play more series in the future.

Yeah, few of them performing poorly but its good start for them. I welcome this step that they are getting chance to compete they will come along with a couple of seasons. right now I am watching Vidharba's inning against Maharashtra because of Wasim Jaffer.

Yeah.. I am also watching it live on Star Sports 2. Vidarbha is still trailing by some 177 runs, and I am not sure whether Wasim Jaffer will be able to save them from the humiliation of an innings defeat.

Haha looks like saraswati maa baithi hai aapki jaban par lol. he's down at 63.

Zim tour of Bangla have started and Zimbabwe won the toss and batting first in 1st test. Zim are now 85/2 in 31 overs of the match. Captain Masakadza is leading from the front with 52 not out and given a good start the team. Zim will need at least 350 runs in first innings to stay in the match.

Ranji Trophy, probably the largest first class competition in the world (with 37 teams!!!!) started yesterday with 9 new teams (the six northeastern states plus Bihar, Puducherry and Uttarakhand). The new teams arre performing poorly, with the outstation players taking most wickets and scoring most of the runs.

Sikkim: 299/9 (Two outstation players Milind and BB Sharma made 202 and 45 respectively) vs Manipur (outstation player S Shaurya took 4 wickets, native player Rex Singh took 3 wkts)

Mizoram: 106 (Outstation players Taruwar Kohli, Akhil Rajput, and Sinan Khader made 49, 28 and 14 respectively, for Nagaland  outstation players Abrar Kazi, Pawan Suyal and Tahmeed Rahman took 4,2 and 1 wickets respectively). vs Nagaland 199/5 (Rongsen Jonathan 72, Sedezhalie 24, Moia 2 wkts)

Arunachal 166 vs Meghalaya 117/7

Today new Zealand team looking great because of they have got solid opening but after 1st wikt Pakistan back with new Zealand loss quick wikets but the new Zealand going very well  now I hope they will cross 150 mark.

NZ made 153 runs with loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Will this score be enough to curtail Pakistan seems to be difficult. Only hope for NZ is that they need to pick quick wickets else this game would not last longer if Pakistan do not lose wickets.

The saga continues with Cricket Australia as the chairman of Cricket Australia has now resigned following a review sparked by the ball tampering saga. Mark Taylor is now in line to become the new chairman and I just wonder if he does become chairman if he lifts the ban and the three Australian players. Warner and Smith have been playing grade cricket so they are not out of touch and are fit but grade cricket is a lot different then state cricket and international cricket so it would be interesting to see how they would go if the bans are lifted. Also if they are it would have a mental effect I think on the players which could see them under even more pressure so I'm not sure if them coming back is the right thing and that the bans should remain in place.
