SAF 194 all-out !! And I would say advantage India. If India can get at least 200 in the second innings, it would be really tough for the Proteas chase it down. Mind you they are known for choking & Indian bowlers are on top of their game. It’s India’s game to lose from here, Bowlers have done exceptionally well on this series, not one century from SA. But, it's the batsmen who have let us down.

I wouldn't say that it is advantage India yet. India might have fought back well with the ball and restricted South Africa's lead in the first innings, but we must remember that their problems in this tour have been with their batting. They still need to set a fighting total for South Africa to chase.

So far second innings batting performance is much better than first innings. I do agree that Indian batsman is not so comfortable in playing on these fast tracks but now they got an equal chance to win this match. Just need a couple of very good partnerships to build a good total in this innings. if they can add slowly another 200+ runs in this innings then they can try to win this match. Today's first session is very important to India, if they don't lose more wickets then they can add more runs to the total.

Today is the 4th ODI match between Australia and England. England have already won the 5 match series but I'm sure Australia will want to win today as it is Australia Day and they would want to do the country proud on this day so I'm thinking Australia will win. They really need the middle order to step up in this match as that's what has been letting them down in the previous 3 matches. I'm looking forward to watching it.

The third test between SA and India started and India won the toss and elected to bat first. As of now, that decision looks not good to India because in 15 overs they just scored 20 runs and lost both openers already. Now Pujara and Kohli are playing and trying hard to stabilize the innings. Pujara faced almost 40 balls and not yet scored a single run and that shows that he is trying his best to stay on the pitch for long. Anyway it is a test match so how many balls he faced doesn't matter but how runs he scored and how long he was in the middle matters more.
After losing two quick wickets, India is playing well Kholi and Poojara playing a safe batting. In test cricket how many runs you scored is not matter but how much time and how many balls you faced is a matter. Poojara batting will remembered Rahul Dravid days. And Rahane back to playing XI. I think India will make a big score in 1st innings. Now the score is 90/2.
I thought they could score atleast 250 but even 200 looks hard right now and what a giveaway of wicket by Pandya , really very bad mentality Sad Its not the first time though in this series , the coach should talk to him about this . Disappointing and looks like SA can make it 3-0 .
Pitch is tailor-made for the bowlers. It's surprising to see that after winning the toss Virat Kohli elected to bat first, should have elected bowling first to exploit the conditions on day one, with Bhuvaneshwar Kumar back to the team he could have picked up early wickets in these sort of conditions. Anyways India struggling 164/8, somehow if they manage to get 200 that could give something to bowl for Indian bowlers.

Day one belongs to SA as they got India all out for just 187 runs . Just wondering how Indian batsman other than Kohli and Pujara and Bhuvi could even cross double figure mark. SA lost their first wicket early for score of 6 runs at the end of the day. I think SA will take some 100 runs + lead tomorrow .

It all depends on how Indian fast bowlers bowl in today first session because pitch looks like supporting bowlers well so Indian bowlers need to take that advantage and pick up few quick wickets to put pressure on SA batsman. If they can do that then SA may not score so many runs in the first innings and it all now depends on Indian bowlers. Another point to note in Indian innings is four batsman score zero runs and they altogether played around 50 balls.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar was looking good and he was successful to grab one wicket. India also have good bowling attack with the likes of Bumrah, Shami, Ishant Sharma, Kumar and Pandya. If they managed to get quick 2-3 wickets in the first 10 overs then south africa will be in big trouble. The pitch is really difficult if we talk about the batsman and it is helping the fast bowlers. India has to win this match at any cost as they would like to end this test series on on winning note but the things are not easy at the moment.

India has never lost a test match in Johannesburg so lets see if they can pull this off. Great job by the bowlers especially Bhuvaneshwar  who is bowling very well and since this is a bowling pitch its very hard to bat on . I still think SA will post 200+ and who wins the match will be decided tomorrow .

SA have manage to reach 175 with 7 wickets down. They just trail by 10 runs and then will take a lead. So around 30 - 50 runs in lead I do expect them to build and then India wil start their 2nd innings. If you have noticed the pitch it is getting slightly better the day is progressing. And only the best delivery could get a wicket unless you commit suicide.

The match is going very close SA all out for just 194 runs, Superb bowling from Jasprit Bumrah took 5 wickets and B Kumar took 3 wickets, Now India started 2nd innings made 17 runs without losing any wickets. Parthiv Patel started innings with Murali Vijay and batting well. It looks like India will win this match.

So far only Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the successful bowler to India because only he took the first two-wickets and gave just four runs in his seven overs. Other three bowlers yet to pick the wickets and SA slowly started to build a partnership already after losing the first two wickets. India if they want to win this match then they have pick up wickets quickly. If they allow SA to score another 50 runs in this partnership then surely SA will take a good lead in the first innings.

Awesome start by South Africa, the bowlers were back with a bang. This test series showed how hard they need to plan and things to take care in away ground. I believe they will be white washed in the test series. The young bowler did well, Kagiso showed some good bowling. They put him for batting as well on 1st down, lets see tomorrow what he does.

In Zimbabwe team their is no good players who can ensure that their team can win some matches against the team like Bangladesh. It is sad that inspite of getting Bangladesh team all out in 216 they could not even manger to reach anywhere near to that total and lost by 91 runs which is a big difference considering just 216 score to chase.

They have issues with their attitude. The Zimbabwe players don't have any team spirit, and they mainly play for their own individual gain. It is quite understandable, considering the deteriorating political situation in that country. They have some very good players, such as Brendan Taylor and Kyle Jarvis. But what is the use if these players are not sufficiently motivated?
That's really painful for the visitors! Yes, Zimbabwe is in big trouble, let's figure out today's match Bangladesh couldn't bat comfortably. At least 216 was pretty easy target for any opponent but Bangladeshi bowlers have done a excellent job.
I think after 1 or 2 years Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and West Indies all these teams will come under 10th rank and they have chances to lose playing test cricket against top teams. Ireland and Afghan may replace these teams in top 10. they are playing far better to compare SL, WI and ZIW.
Sri Lanka has some chance to survive but for Zimbabwe and West Indies can go more down because both teams have many problems off the field and respective boards not settling things as they need to do so new generation is not taking too much interest in this game in these both countries which is very bad for them

IPL 2018 Auction : As we all aware that 11th edition of the most popular cricket league is on the corner, players auction will be conducted soon in the coming days. Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals will be back into the contest after completing the ban of two years. It will be interesting to see how franchise will bid to bag the top players from the auction pools, there are some big names from the india & international cricket which will go under the hammer.

This year we will see some real tough competition happening as players would be swap in different teams now as Chennai and Rajasthan will be back so a lot of players form their own team would not be able to retain them and if they have to buy it they will have to shell lot of money . So we can expect the total realignment of each franchise team will go through .

Exactly. In the previous two additions, players from the chennai and rajasthan were picked by other teams and now all the teams have to build the team again. So it will be really big task in front of the franchise to select the best players in order to balance the team. Lets see the results of the auctions on Jan 27-28.
