You need to stop immediately as from what I can understand you do not have a control on yourself and gambling is such addictive that if you start playing for money you would be addicted soon and eventually may even loose lot of money if you do not stop it.

Knowing the right time to stop is one of the most important key factor in gambling systems. Everyone should have a limit and this limit is determining by the gamblers total portfolio. Luck is also a key factor but being patient is really important in gambling. Also, i'd prefer sports betting than full-gambling like dice or blackjack; trying to determine and making a strategy is more likely to win than others.
But sometimes a gambler doesn't want to lose, he will insist on playing until the money runs out even to the point of being in debt. It's very difficult to stop if we can't hold back emotions when we lose. 
Someone who knows when to stop is a key. Also it depends on the game they are playing, if someone is gambling on something like dice than he is not a good gambler to begin with, never play any games that has odds turned against you to begin with. However if they are playing something like poker than they have a chance to win as much as anyone and it all depends on skill but also luck as well. If a good gambler knows his opponent than he will react to him and not strictly follow a set of rules in his mind, change and adapt to whatever is given to you and whoever you are playing against. In any game like blackjack which again odds are not favored to you you can still use this talent to read and react accordingly and do whatever you please with the hand given to you. Exactly, there is no criterion to determine that we are a good gambler because from the beginning, gambling was a wrong act, we can justify or say that we have rules and discipline but all can not hide and deny the fact that we are wrong from the starting line. It's difficult to win with a small amount of money unless you have big luck in that game. Perhaps, there will be gambler that can get a big win in the gambling game, but it's only for gambler that is lucky. I think good gambler knows when the gambler needs to leave the game and don't spend too much money because that person knows that the chances are not big.

To me, I'd rather invest my money on cryptos and some assets available in the market and in my country.
