So far here in our country on which its still that in neutral phase when it comes to Bitcoin or overall crypto space but just like on what you had elaborated on here on which there are

This is one huge leap for your friend as it shows he is more passionate about spreading the gospel of Bitcoin than making profits off any tshirts design business he must have considered.
I primarily like the idea and hope that others with access to the means or technology, should broadcast Bitcoin in their own way. This would help create more awareness.
I hope he knows much about Bitcoin, so he could mentor anyone who asks about it, or have good association with other Bitcoin enthusiaste willing to share knowledge.

This is a great idea which comes from him. Every bitcoin enthusiast and lover wishes to find a way to spread bitcoin knowledge in their community, but some are unable to do so due to the severe restrictions on the use of bitcoin in such areas. If what he's done won't get him in trouble, he should keep going since I'm convinced he'll generate more sales with this design because it'll be unique in that area.

What the influencer in your country is doing is more of business than it is of passion. I have seen some people share out Bitcoin Mertc for free just for the awareness purposes.

But in this case I can see someone who is trying to use bitcoin popularity for his own good and it’s so sad people are actually taking advantage of that, he is lucky that there one person that has trade marked bitcoin if not that won’t be possible.

Well he has done so. Unfortunately very well but don't you think he his already a suspect in his country already? A d since bitcoin is already banned in your country, I wouldn't advice him to keep identifying himself with bitcoin directly as it might be so some point a disobedience to the officials and government agency? And he might even at some point as well be tag for conspiracy against the government which is a very big offense that might lead to a brutal consequences.

There are other ways he would have done this than putting himself in a big mess and also placing a price on the t-shirts I'm wouldn't be a nice idea because you don't expect to buy a t-shirt for that amount and still be at the risk of bearing the consequences of wearing the t-shirt.
Whatever the case might be, your friend should be more careful and try staying low key on cryptocurrency in your country now.

That's a good one if the main idea is to raise awareness to the people that are going to see that t-shirt. If that's an affordable price to most then that will be a successful business and aim.
But then, there have been news and reports about $5 wrench attacks and this can be one of the ways for these attackers to determine if someone holds and owns a bitcoin.
That will be easy for them to know their targets. Yes, it's possible that it can happen but I'm not telling it that it shall bring the whole negativity to anyone who's going to wear it but, it's just about the reality that has happened to the others.
