Theres no need to worry about ICO markets, ICO market is different with blockchain. You can create blockchain technology without ICOs and it can be implemented in every aspect. You have made the right choice because blockchain developers are very in-demand right now and have a high salary.

Don't get discouraged by the current slump of the crypto market. You should apply to startup projects that have successful ICO's and have an actual product. The Aelf team is hiring some developers in their developer bounty and they have a very competitive reward. You should try to check them out and be part of their team.

lately there are many FUD news that cannot be justified. so if you easily believe in the news that is now, it will be easy t fall into the wrong decision making. being calm and prioritizing search are important

On Blockchain there should be no doubt if you have decent skills displayed on Crypto if you want to become a developer, of course market conditions are not so affected because your concept is different and does not depend on the market, if I think you better do your best.
