OP you can update Tradesatoshi exchange status. They are closing down
Here is my thread about that with proper links to his official Twitter account and his blog

Binance updated. They've changed the withdrawal fee of many cryptocurrencies.

Moreover, I'll soon add the Binance DEX to the comparison; I've never used it, so it'll be great if someone who has used Binance's DEX can share some views related to the comparison.

This is a very good suggestion. I guess I should rename the current column to "initial launch date" and right next to it, add another column labeled as "changed ownership?". Under this new column, the link to the details/date of the change in ownership may be added.

What do you think about this solution?
It's a good suggestion but my worry is whether it's possible to gather all that information about all the exchanges in the list  Cheesy

Maybe, You could just make additional notes below with links of details of exchanges that have changed ownership (i believe it's just a few of them that are very old and have changed owners) otherwise the table is going to be super large with more columns and it will be hard to follow up a row while scrolling across when one is trying to read through info about a specific exchange.

Hehe, well, if I put all the details in a single column, it'll obviously ruin the alignment of the whole table. However, what I meant was a "link" to the details of the ownership change. That link may lead to a post/thread/web-article/etc.

Under this new column, the link to the details/date of the change in ownership may be added.

I guess I should've been clearer with my words. Cheesy

The launch date on the second column may be misleading, as it doesn't tell anything about the history of the company.

If you consider Poloniex, it was the greatest exchange up to 2017, when its creator sold it to Circle. It changed owner again in 2019, and moved its HQ from Massachusetts to the Carribean, then to the Seychelles.

So the 2014 launch date is correct, but today's Poloniex is totally different from what it was 6 years ago.

Maybe it would be better to state the date when the company last changed hands? Great initiative, though.

STEX updated. Just logged in and found out that their verification system is now live and I can no longer withdraw without getting myself verified from one of the following available options:

I don't know.
IMHO they made that,to increase traffic, and be acceptable for regulation (my opinion)
but they seem presently attached to keep a DEX character for users.

With the high number of nodes, public Github code, and Keeper wallet, I guess it'd be better if it is categorized as a DEX.

evolution of "old exchange"

waves dex replaced by waves.exchange, combining centralized structure with dex wallet for users.

is it a new species among the beasts?

Interesting. So am I supposed to categorize it as DEX or CEX ?

some updates for crex24:

-fees: maker rebate 0.01% vs taker fee 0.10% https://crex24.com/fees

-headquarters: either estonia or cyprus. it's highly likely they operate from russia or the eastern bloc considering their payment methods and that their CS speaks russian.

Raja_MBZ, you've been trading there? what's the deal with KYC? i can't tell from this page whether it's required or if they "reserve the right" to request it.

Thanks, I'll update it right away.

I've used Crex24 with only about 0.1 BTC of balance, and it worked great. No KYC or anything like that was required. Not sure if it'll be the case with big balances too.

would be an important step, did you try ?

Not yet.

BTW, Poloniex is being way too much affiliated with Tron/Justin these days, and I don't like this affiliation at all.

Poloniex exchange just announced that they now have NO KYC for basic Level up to $10,000.
This is good news, and lets hope other exchanges will follow them.

Wow, this is some big news from Poloniex after a long long time. I'll be logging in to my old account at Polo and try out this new stuff (including a withdrawal).

Changes coming soon to the Polo's data in OP!

Crex24 is now added to the comparison. I've been using this exchange for a while now, for small volume trades; overall, I'm satisfied.

Plus, not many scam accusations related to this exchange were found:

The PIT: trading fees vary depending on your volume and it's not fixed to 0.24%/0.14%, there are no fees for the withdrawal (crypto ones at least).

As for Graviex, then according to ForkDrop, KYC is not required.

Thanks, updated! Smiley
