Listing info: SouthXchange, Bleutrade.

As for fiat-trading, both Bleutrade and Coinex don't support that (I've checked the sites and also some reviews online).

Thanks for all the information you provided!

CoinExchange.io has been added to the comparison.

I have a bad experience with C-Cex and Tradesatoshi. For example, C-Cex just disable my account and I can't access to him, it is just my lucky circumstance and hasn't any balance there.
Any mention without "scam" "fraud" ... along his name can be called positive ads.
I know your true intention is not to praise them, but some beginner can read this and will not see the problem to begin to use them.

I understand your concern mate, and I hope that once I mark the exchanges that have received most accusations as red and add the column of no. of major accusations, it'll make it look better for the newbies.

Nice list, but I am surprised with some exchanges listed like Yobit, Tradesatoshi and C-Cex. Against all of them, you can find a lot of scams accusations. They do not deserve any possible positive advertisements.

p.s. You can consider adding CoinExchange I use them for a long time, and never have any problem there.

Hmmm... what do you exactly mean by the phrases "surprised with some exchanges" and "positive advertisements"? I don't think that I'm trying to convince anybody here that some specific exchange is better than some other specific exchange; I'm only providing a comparison here. Very soon, we'll have the column of "No. of major accusations" in the comparison, and only then you may say that I'm trying to separate the "good" and "bad" exchanges in the comparison. Grin

About CoinExchange, yes, I'll add it later today. I've used their service before and I know how the stuff goes in that platform. Thanks!

BTCPop seems to be mostly about lending and IPOs. Could you please provide me at least some information related to its exchange service?

The exchange doesn't look so professional, to be honest, and they have a decent amount of scam accusations from what I've seen by googling.

I made an account, and I managed to get some info regarding the fees (I wouldn't recommend adding them).

Thanks for exploring it!

I guess I shouldn't add it as it doesn't even look like a platform where one should bother to register.

Tomorrow I'll be completely removing the BTC withdraw fee column and place the new column of "No. of major accusations". If you've any suggestions regarding this, please do post here, and if you're unsure of what the major accusations are all about, kindly have a look at the following thread:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/compilation-of-all-scam-accusations-threads-related-to-exchanges-5168200

thanks for doing this. i appreciate your thorough approach.

a couple questions:

1. do you think there should be a merit requirement for the "major" label? it seems more important that there is proof of the scam, multiple corroborating complaints, high value of losses. i know these are more subjective though.

2. maybe you could highlight the major ones in the compilation posts? for example, there are 3 scam accusations listed here but it's not clear which one is the "major" one.

1. I believe that if the accusation has some weight, it'll automatically gain at least some merit. Moreover, the requirement of having at least a little merit on the profile will prevent exchanges from getting fake users (with no merit) accusing other exchanges.

2. That's a very nice suggestion and I'll work on it today.

SouthXchange trading platform has been added to the comparison.

Very soon, I'll be replacing the "BTC Withdraw Fee" column with the total number of Scam Accusations received (by each of the exchanges).

Anyways, what do you say about the usage of the sum of both the rankings divided by 2? For example, if Binance has an Alexa ranking of 752 and a SimilarWeb ranking of 958, we can just consider it to be (752+958)/2 = 855?

I still think that it's unnecessary to add such a ranking (as it's mostly based on traffic), even though the formula you're suggesting is pretty simple.

IMO, it'd be quite cool as we'll get to know which exchange has the most traffic. If an exchange has a lot of traffic and has a very low ranking, it's a sign that the exchange is wash-trading.

CoinEX exchange has been added to the comparison.

Moreover, I'm trying to keep a track of all the exchanges-related scam accusations in the following thread, so that I may include its column in the comparison:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/compilation-of-all-scam-accusations-threads-related-to-exchanges-5168200

Regarding this list, the thread is locked so how can users submit the scam accusations?

Well, that thread isn't for all the users and it's only to keep a track of all the scam accusations previously (or newly) posted on the Scam Accusations section. You're not supposed to make a scam accusation there.

Bleutrade exchange has been added. Surprisingly, it's a very old exchange based in Malta. It has been operating since 2014 and I don't find many scammy reports of it

They have been very reliable to me, I can recommend them. Anonymous withdraws are coins worth 500 USD every day.

Thanks for the valuable information! An update has been made in OP.

you might consider adding a column to indicate things like slow-paying, withholding withdrawals, or similar scam accusations. it looks like trade satoshi is having some problems: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/trade-satoshi/

Quote
We have received reports from the Safex and ColossusXT teams that user deposits are being withheld. Please be careful with your funds.

i think there are similar accusations against hitbtc and yobit too.

Hmmm, I'm not so sure about adding those columns, as almost no exchange is perfect. Scam accusations exist for almost every exchange out there. However, what do you say if I add a column of "frequency of accusations at Bitcointalk" and list the total number of accusations received by each of the exchanges within this forum till now?

it's a tricky issue but obviously some exchanges are more trustworthy than others. one metric could be trust flags on bitcointalk. for example, livecoin has a red trust flag with significant support: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=462136

but if an exchange is really small or doesn't have a big forum presence, they won't necessarily be flagged. the complaints against tradesatoshi are mounting. coinmarketcap has also begun warning about tradesatoshi: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/trade-satoshi/

at some point, one should stop recommending these exchanges at all. if they stay on the list, there should be some indication of the issues.

Moreover, that "slow-paying" column can get very confusing as well. Today, I literally received a withdrawal from TradeSatoshi within 60 seconds, while Binance took about 20 minutes to process my BTC withdrawal (resultantly, my BitPay's invoice got expired and I had to write a ticket to them about this delay); but I just cannot say in any way that TradeSatoshi is faster than Binance, because sometimes Binance processes the withdrawals faster while TradeSatoshi doesn't.

i don't consider 20 minutes "slow-paying". i'm thinking more about withholding withdrawals for days, weeks, indefinitely---like mt gox and cryptsy were doing before they went down. keeping wallets in "maintenance" mode for weeks or months constitutes similar scam behavior. and i wouldn't have a separate column for slow-paying......just one column to cover all scam issues.

Thanks for your suggestion and feedback; I totally understand what you're saying. To tackle that issue, I've come up with the following solution:

-I'll be compiling all the complaints of each exchange submitted to the Scam Accusation section, and post them all in a thread with a separate post for each exchange.

-From each of post, which will have the overall compilation of scam accusations of a specific exchange, the frequency/no. of total accusations may be extracted and used in this thread in a new column.

-The exchanges that have the most scam accusations will be colored as red.

What do you think about this?

A column if the deposit address is renewable would be nice.

bleutrade, coinex, btcpop, southx

Even though I know absolutely nothing about any of those exchanges, I'll still have a look at them and try to add them to the comparison. Thanks, mate!
