2) I've set up a redirection link for our campaign spreadsheet, so users can find it more easily/remember it better:

By adjusting you mean lowering the rates , cause if thats the case then another very good signature campaign not showing good signs, going by this rate, many signature campaigns will not be here after some time. Glad I am part of 777coin which has only once slowed down the rate from 0.07 btc to 0.05 btc per week and is holding this rates now.
