It cant be help, people worst sin is greed. Greed of having so much money that they want to create an ICO and scamming people who invested to it. They all see crypto as a best tool for scamming right now because it is decentralized and it is hard to track who is the owner of a certain wallet/

Exchanges are not the main problem behind current fall even me I don't know why some investors sell at cheap prices while other bought at 20000 usd , definitely there are old whale cashing out with big profit specially if they enter the game at early stage ex 100 $ . 
In fact, big players do everything so that you say and sell your coins so think about the fact that this is the manipulation of the market.
