While i agree that 99% of the ICOs are either money grabs or scams,I wouldnt say that its only ICOs and devs fault,for all this situation that we are seeing.Investors are also blinded by the greed,they were throwing money at every silly idea,and hoping make quick buck.
While it maybe worked in late 2017 due crazy bull market,its not working now,and when people start doing their due dilligence, there will be less shitty and scammy ICOs.

Absolutely most at times members over here host these project whether been aware or not to just scam others of their hard earned monies making it to trust genuine projects. You wake up each and everyday and realize there is a new coin in the system only for it to lose it relevance the next day.
