Do not panic and stay strong. It is hard but we need to overcome these red times. Imagine that in a month every coin will make x20 from todays price. It is going to be the best bull run in the crypto currencies market history!
We dont have to be scared at all this red market is really a normal thing in crypto everything may change anytime because crypto is really decentralized. I think the best thing to do today is to wait for the price to rise hold or maybe get some more crypto coin because when time comes that the price will start rising maybe time may come that we cannot afford to buy it.
you have a two choices. either youhave to auit in this industry because you're scared in the red color ir you take the risk and continue and see what might happen. we all know that before entering this Industry we must ready to take a risk. because the money is involved and the rate of dropping and rising are very fast so expect the dropping and rising every seconds ,minutes and hours.

The best idea to avoid sell panic is forget about this crypto market in several month and make holiday and relax. Crypto market is not dead , and later will be other times for bullish. I understand your situation mate that is very difficult because you lost your 70% of your investment but don't be scared be Patience,if the tokens you hold is stated from above don't worry about that those Coins are potential Coins and their is a big possibility that it's price will recover soon but for now find another ways to recover your losses.

This year is very bad for crypto and not just you who lost your investment but everyone who hold big coins since previous year already loss too. Bull run could happen in the end of this year, lets wait and see only 1 month left.

I am scared as well because this situation could not predict something good. But from the other side the falling is much better than pause or something like that.
