We are at all time low of this year. Bitcoin is testing its lower supports one after the other. Even if BTC stabilizes, alts are expected to undergo bloodbath because at such points, people shift either to USDT or BTC from altcoins which brings further dump.
You need not be scared, you really cant compare some weeks ago to this time that's the price is okay and stable where there is green market.
We're same on that situation its quite scary at first but when you hold for a profit you still need to wait a little longer. You can get away from the panic if you hold a promising coin. Things will recover for sure.

I think that the price of coins in cmc is increasing and it's still high so you do not have to worry about the next month again their price is better then buy the coin with the potential because altcoin price increases today.

If you've used more that what you can afford to lose, then.... I wish you good luck.
Only use money that you can afford to lose in crypto and take out fiat exposure slowly to regain it until you are 0% exposed and all that is left in crypto is pure profit.
