What you need to do always be careful with any project. People forget to do DYOR. So many people don't care about awareness. People in defi already warned so many times about the potential of scam defi.
They keep investing in the defi that ran by the anonymous developers which are very bad decision to be taken by them to generate profit from the market.

yes, the FUDERs will always come in this industry, sometimes they doing that because their project didn't get attentions from crypto believers or they just left the train buddy, so believe in your self with your own analysis

Well some of them are not intentional scams, I am talking about defi projects that are coming from reputed people behind them, it is just that hackers find a way to decode their contracts and steal the funds. I agree there should be a way out for these hacks or else defis will not be able to survive longterm.

Don't worry about their opinion against your choice and believing, they'll realize and regret until the coin in bullish.

It's true that many called BTC scam in the past, but many got to realize they missed a huge investment opportunity. However this does not apply to ICOs generally since obviously most are scams (moneygrabs for selfish interests of developers). Some ICOs are legit but sometimes it's difficult to know which is not scam. In the case of IEO, anyone saying its scam didn't participate in IEO from a trustworthy exchange with high reputation. Also, presently too many new DEFI projects do token sales on their website, and hence those who get scammed via this means will regard DEFI as scam, which does not make any sense.

There are only quite a “handful” of legit and reliable ICO, IEO and DeFi projects out there that are worth investing. It seems that the scammers are taking advantage of the trend to create scammy projects that would hype a lot of investors and perform exit scam anytime. It is now time for us not to be excited or get “hyped” in an instant. We may want to take time dig deeper into each project to see if it’s worth investing plus the legitimacy of the team and its partners and media.

People hates and that's a fact, the moment things failed to go as they planned they start hating, not all those coins and tokens they called scam are real scams, it's just FUD, probably they lost money when trading the coins on exchange or they get in at the wrong time, before accepting that a project is scam find your out your own reason or risk people misleading you.

There were so many successful defi,ieo and ico but despite the fact, there were so many legit coins coming from those kinds of fundraising and then we are still having scam ico, defi and ieo until this time.
FUD can be considered as a strategy for people to load more coins from the weak hands. The weak hands will be shaking their hand then the FUDDERS will take it.

this is the common strategy that usually used by whales to make market panic,and happen several times to us. for some newbie its work effectively and lately conscious. ICO, IEO and DEFI give us many option to pick which project was worthed and have good future, but we have to understand not all of them were legit project and there are alot of risk there.

Don't know but some concept already death.
I guess everything depends on the project power because a strong project can process ICO/IEO anything. Investors will come automatically if a project have top exchange partnership with funds power. You may know that the time of ico was good but investors have moved away from this concept for some messy scam project.

Scams exist in crypto because there's always corrupt people who does not care about others but those spreading rumurs maybe they are victims of many scams and they got pissed because they lost their money because i would be too or they are people who hate crypto and they don't believe in it are spreading rumors so they can keep newcomers from joining.

Why very busy with many ICO, IEO and DeFi have been scam why not to focus only with coin listed on exchange market, if you wanna faced trouble with many ICO and IEO scam why still you invest, I have quit from many IEO and ICO project because right now the era investment of ICO and IEO ended with lower trusted from investor, so I waste my time only with trading and active when have launchpad from Binance exchange because I got many coin success raise higher price after listing on Binance. You have stop investing with ICO right now during without trusted developer and not experience advice team because many ICO project get more than 70% allocation supply coin on their hand, when coin have listing on the market you need to worry they will sell all their assets and make price dump.
