If I could guess, it could be for organizing an on-forum giveaway outside of the Games and Rounds sub-forum and with an altcoin as a reward. Only Bitcoin-related giveaways are allowed, nothing else. In the past many users and organizers have received temporary 14-day bans for the same reason.

Since it is a short ban, it can also be email spamming perhaps, or referral links, multiposting.
