There are a lot of requirements in general terms & conditions, I keep track of promotions in game and round but haven't seen anyone provide proof of withdrawal. All of them have probably failed, it's probably too hard.

Yep, I tried it but failed  Tongue. I signed up with the promotion they ran on the forum with 2 mBTC for all new players. A x60 wager requirement is way to hard.
Also the slots they have are not great, there are no slots from popular providers such as Betsoft or Red Tiger Gaming.

I have seen some unlicensed casinos doing something similar to this, where they open up their service to almost all countries when they are unlicensed and when they get licensed ..they block gamblers accounts. (when the players cannot verify with the new KYC requirements)  Angry

Our licence permits us to serve particular regions,
unless we get additional licences, we would not be able to service those countries.
