If it is true, I think you need to ask someone from your support team to have an account here and be active as much as possible to handle something like this.

As incredible as it may seem, 8 days has been passed still didn't get an official response from CryptoThrills.
That means a lot to me. I do not want to sounds arrogant, but I actually does not care much about the money in its self. It is more about ethic and professionalism, which this website already shows up absolutely NONE of them.
To be truthly, I already gave up on this case. Just want to let all users from this forum to do not even consider playing on their platform as they are very very unprofessional.
