So after more than a week but you say that the finance is going to check it now? Is this the standard service of cryptothrills where player needs to wait for more than a week till the finance is going to check the issue? So what next after the finance check his deposit address? Will it be forwarded to your security department which means that it will take more days to check?

As incredible as it may seem, 8 days has been passed still didn't get an official response from CryptoThrills.

That means a lot to me. I do not want to sounds arrogant, but I actually does not care much about the money in its self. It is more about ethic and professionalism, which this website already shows up absolutely NONE of them.

To be truthly, I already gave up on this case. Just want to let all users from this forum to do not even consider playing on their platform as they are very very unprofessional.

Of course, you don't want to think about the bad, but nevertheless, you believe that by creating an account here on the forum, someone from the administration will be more active in answering the questions posed than on official requests to the support?

Sorry to hear your bad experience, it is indeed very bad service if they cant give you an explanation of what is going on with your case. Even worst, it is not about big money as it is just about few mbtc withdrawal from the promotion. At least they should give you a reason why your withdrawal is pending after few days. Has this issue been resolved? Quick support is also a plus point to compete with other gambling sites. Some players may get the money when the x45 wager requirement, 60x wager is probably too hard.

There are a lot of requirements in general terms & conditions, I keep track of promotions in game and round but haven't seen anyone provide proof of withdrawal. All of them have probably failed, it's probably too hard.
