We updated our API: Added 'GetPair', which shows information about a specific coin pair, like: https://crypto-trade.com/api/1/getpair/btc_usd. And we implemented 'min_amount' + 'decimal_places' for both, 'getpairs' and 'getpair'.

Is so, how does changing the email address of crypto-trade work to protect from attack and what is your suggestion
It was a feature requested by some users.
Simply goto your profile page and open the "change email" tab. Enter your password and verify your new address by confirming the email beeing sent to your old one. Done. Nothing special about it

What's your strategy when you add new currencies? On the one hand not having enough pairs will keep people away, on the other hand having too many pairs with too low volume is equally repelling.
I like the systems you have in place with coin-voting, referrals and reduced fees for a price, yet volume is stagnant or even declining. So what's your plan?

Just before reading this thread I received that phishing email too and clicked link in there :/. My message was in english and the location mentioned there was very close to me (I'm travelling right now), which is very strange.

Every withdrawal from CT must be confirmed by email before it's getting processed.
So you cannot steal someones BTC from Crypto-Trade, without having access to his email account - even if you know the user's login data.
Sorry to say that, but either someone has hijacked your email account or you used a trashmail address that was too obvious.

I have been robbed 20 minutes ago. It was made from ip 91.236.116.186 in Sweden
I did not get hooked on the phishing emails , how did they managed to get my pass ?
They withdraw my BTC .

This sounds likely. My email was definitely on that list. And, it's not hard to guess my email address.
