I totally agree with this, and this statement seems to have been around for a long time, but other people who underestimated bitcoin first certainly didn't think about investing their assets in bitcoin, they miss a lot of moments in bitcoin. and even today I still believe bitcoin still has an all time high moment again in the future but they will miss another one.

Bitcoin is reliable, you'll certainly make some profit even if you buy now, but considering high prices it's not that easy for the majority of people. Say, in a matter of a few years Bitcoin will reach $100,000 and you invest now $1000 worth of BTC that will give you roughly $2000 profit over a year, which isn't that big. Investing in stocks, on the other hand, can bring you way more profit, and there's an opportunity to make diverse investments. Say, invest $100 in 10 different projects, which will increase your chances of gaining more profit.

One can say that alts is a good alternative and works pretty much the same, but I disagree with that point, as alts isn't a good option in the long term, unlike stocks.

I don't like that the terms are all mixed in the op. Bitcoin can still bring profits long-term, but it's not the biggest investment opportunity. Younger coins have more potential to grow in price than Bitcoin does because their marketcap is relatively low. If you're talking about cryptos in general, I probably agree that it's the biggest investment opportunity, but it's also one full of risks. If you invest in an unpopular coin, you can easily lose 90% of your money and never get it back. If you invest is a popular coin, you can temporarily lose around 70% of your money and might have to wait for years until the market recovers. The payouts can be great if you invest in the right moment, but the effect can be devastating otherwise.

This should be obvious and for some reason it is not, can you imagine of how much money you could have made if you invested in Google or Amazon when they just first hit the stock market? This is the same, bitcoin has existed for more than 10 years but it is not until recently in which institutional investors decided to have a go at it.

If a person wants to make good profits over the long term then there is no better asset than bitcoin, but very few are going to take the risk now, after all they are going to look at the fact they could have gotten bitcoin for less than a dollar and they are going to be doubtful to pay tens of thousands of dollars for it, even if bitcoin could easily give them 10x during the next decade.
