I highly doubt that fiat currency will be killed by cryptocurrency, they can exist both in this world and be used at the same time. Most people don't really know what is cryptocurrency. We can assume that it already has the capability to make cash obsolete. It is to early to say that because we are still on the transition stage for cryptocurrency to be accepted worldwide. It may or it may not but don't jump into conclusion, cash is still the best when buying service or goods.
For a long period of time, fiat money will continue to be exactly the same, perhaps in after many years, it will be possible to switch to a fully cryptocurrency, the authorities will try every way to allow not die fiat money.
I do not agree with the electronic money comments will kill cash. This does not happen in Vietnam. Although electronic money is a valuable currency to meet the needs of the technology era 4.0 was made quickly in favorable transactions companies, corporations. But can not go into use as cash.

well, i think that Fiat would fade away in some some areas. Crypto is still adopted in so many countries not to mention Africa. So if everyone believes in Crypto, Definitely Crypto will rule .

It can be true but it takes a lot of time before it happen because not everyone are agree with this. Government don't control cryptocurrency, same with central banks. This will take a long resistance between crypto enthusiast and the government. I don't agree with you. First of all cash is already dead. VISA and MasterCard are the ones that moving the money. If you think that crypto will kill the traditional money, this is not going to happen at all, because the power is in the governments and they are connected with the banks.
In my opinion crytocurrency is the money of the future that will replace the old system of using cash. It will make it easy for payments and settlement of debt.
In my opinion it will not happen in the near future. But i have no doubt that cryptocurrencies will be much more popular in 2-3 years.
I don't think so because there are things that real cash have for over centuries that crypto don't have. If you are in a remote area where even communication devices won't work, you can't simply buy a food or something to drink because you can't do cryptocurrency during offline.
I think as long as banks and governments do not approve of crypto, then cash will never be replaced with crypto. there are still many people who do not understand about crypto, so it is not going to be that crypto will replace cash. crypto will always grow but will never be able to replace cash
