I just checked on mayson stats right now and it seems that he is on a losing streak which is cost 500 eth although he wagered like a lot. What a big whale you have there crypto-games Cheesy

They fell down the same hole as many a gambler and didn't quit while they were ahead. After 3 or 4 days of winning they were in profit +731 ETH an hour or so before that losing streak finally hit.

He had an epic ride.. He recovered to 500-600 ETH profit multiple times after falling under 50-100 ETH profit, but for some reason he kept going Sad

Not to parade his losses, but if anyone is interested in watching the crazy ride he had and all the ups and downs of it, I do have most of it recorded live and screenshots of the rest. I could put together a video if people are interested in seeing it.
That would be awesome!¨please do Smiley

And to answer eternalgloom question and confirm Lutpin's analysis: Yes, all withdrawals are processed instantly if the hot wallet contains enough funds to process the withdrawal, otherwise it takes between an hour to 10 hours to move funds from cold wallet.

need to move some funds to cold now.

Goodbye, Z.
Just a quick question. Do you also get instant withdraws when you win (and cash out) like 500 ETH or more?
The main limitation there is hot wallet size, big transactions like that can quickly reach the full amount of the available hot wallet (as the hot wallet size is limited for security reasons),
and thus be delayed simply by the fact there aren't enough funds in the automatic system to be processed, which then needs manual interference of someone moving funds to refill the hot wallets.

Determining the full hot wallet for most coins is hard, as all funds are spread over many different addresses, with ETH however, there is just one main address,
so we can plot the balance of that one to guesstimate the "instantly available" funds.
Doing so from block 1,012,078 (Feb 2016) results in the following graph:

As you can see, at one point, there were almost 10k ETH in the hot wallet (though that spike is just short, as the funds of course were quickly moved into a more secure storage location).
While that historic chart is nice to look at, it doesn't give us much information about the current situation (numbers from 2 years ago are kinda outdated, especially with all the price changes since).
So let's zoom in a little, and look at a graph for the last 4 months:

While the wallet balance fell below 100 ETH a few times, most of the time withdrawals of at least 200 ETH could be processed instantly from the available funds in the hot wallet,
with there being at least 500 ETH or at least 1000 ETH available a fair amount of time as well.

I have no way to know about Mayson's transactions, but I would guess the latest drop in hot funds from cca 450 to cca 50 comes from them withdrawing what they had won at one point.
Which also means their withdrawals have been processed instantly from the hot wallet, but that is (as already mentioned) just a guess.

This post focuses only on the wallet based answer to your question and ignores manual checks and any other reason for transaction delays.
It's not a complete answer and not the best one you can get, but I think it gives a fair estimate of what you were looking for.

If not, I still imagine it doesn't take too long to process, since there's usually always someone online to help.

The CG blog and FAQ doesn't mention anything about extremely high value withdraws, so could it be that they're also instant?

It's not applicable to myself, but was just thinking that it would be great advertising, most other casino's would probably keep the money for a couple of days or have to manually verify it.

Do not play at fraud sites like Crypto-Games

I have played and wagered $100,000's of thousands of dollars at reputable sites.

This site scammed me out and stole my doge coins for having a second account.

Thieves

STAY AWAY from them

If you can't afford to lose that big amount then do not bet that huge, no one telling you to bet that huge. You should know that there is house edge which will cause disadvantage for players but whenever you can outcome this, you will get profit. Reputable site want to scam your 100k? How about you compare your case to mayson?

Crypto-Games, how do you decide which cryptocurrencies to add on your site? Do the developers or the leaders of the project need to contact you in private and apply, or do you do it under your own due diligence? Ty.
we add those that we think will bring something to the website.

Since the poll showed us Stellar and Bitcoin Cash are on top of the list, we'll add both!  Cheesy

As everything on the site is listed or automatically sorted alphabetically by ticker it occurred to me that BCH is going to be on top of all the menus and tables where BTC belongs. I wondered if you could consider using the alternate ticker of SCH (Sh*tcoin Cash).

BTW: Investments are again open!  Wink

As somebody who is invested in the Bitcoin bankroll, I have noticed that returns seem to be down by a considerable amount compared to previous years.

Do you not think that opening the bankroll again will now make investment returns even worse?

Would it not make more sense to wait until investment returns improve before opening investments into bankrolls in coins where returns have fallen?
People started to gamble less when price of coins went to the sky. Investors gains are most steady and investing in our site is the most profitable among all gambling sites. You can check for example http://en.bitcoinr.cz/page/casinos.php or https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@btcmillionaire/bitcoin-casino-investments-31-week-30-of-52 where we're on the top.

One of the reasons we opened investments again is adding two new coins in very short time and want to offer higher betting limits. Higher bets = more wager = more profit.

Hey, Crypto-Games.net! I'm a developer. Would you consider opening up API for my gambling project?
If we set lower limits for my site and split profits, It could be interesting!
You can tell me more what's all about here or email [email protected]

Since the poll showed us Stellar and Bitcoin Cash are on top of the list, we'll add both!  Cheesy

Firstly we'll add Bitcoin Cash and then Stellar. Should take less then a month to have both listed  Tongue

BTW: Investments are again open!  Wink

Great that Stellar will get added, I think it would be a really great addition to Crypto-Games. The more coins, the better I would say!
Couldn't care less about BCH, but I guess it's not a bad thing for the people that want it... Might still be a good idea to invest in that bankroll Tongue
I'm not a fan of BCH myself, but since in the past quite some players asked about it and recent poll showed us interest, we decided to add it. It'll be implement in a day or two  Wink Stellar will be added in few weeks.

edit: We're removing Gridcoin from website on April 11th 2018. All users with balance higher than minimum withdraw were notified on their email

I don't know how these whole quoting posts works so let me start off by apologizing for quoting the whole thing instead of the portion of this referring to the addition of Stellar. It seems to me that more than a few weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything else as far as adding Stellar goes. Have you guys decided against adding that?
Stellar is a big project to be honest. Really don't know if we'll add it and might decide for other coin to add next.  Roll Eyes

I have also just finished going through and reading all of the posts since this thread was created. It was interesting to see the development of the site over the years. It's got me curious about what you guys currently have on your "to-do" list. Any new things or anything exciting coming out? I know Lutpin had mentioned that the "invest all" button is in the works now but I like to see how much the site is continuing to grow and was wondering if anything special is being planned.
We have few things in "to-do", but don't want to promise anything  Tongue Invest all button is already on site  Cheesy

I did have one suggestion. I am a huge fan of all the statistics available for viewing (as I am big on looking at numbers and comparing them), and I was wondering why your top players information for dice is so much more detailed than that for the other games. I know I personally would enjoy seeing the stats that dice has made available for all of the games, but that's just my opinion.
To calculate all the stats it consumes quite some computer power. But yes, we know that other games don't have such stats as dice has. Here's room for improvements.

All-in-all, I enjoy most of my time spent at crypto-games. Keep up the good work.
Thank you!

You have wagered a lot, means that you are an experienced online gambler already. So how did you miss to read the terms of crypto-games.net? Especially it is about a sensitive case which may lead anyone into a big problem. I dont try to defend crypto-games, but it is obviously your own fault for having second account while it is against the terms.

The only way that a user could take advantage of multiple accounts is that they would be able to get more faucet requests and potentially rain from chatting.

As in the formula DogecoinMachine posted, as well as the faucets investors also pay for referral income. This is the most common reason people cheat with multi-accounts. Self-referring has a far higher potential gain than faucets.

~meh~ breaking a rule about having two accounts that they were unaware of.

Unaware of? You know how to read, right?
Everyone has to explicitely agree with "This is my only account" prior registration. It can't be more clear than that.
