Everyone has to explicitely agree with "This is my only account" prior registration. I don't think it can be more clear than that  How many things in life to we agree to and dont read? Do you have a cell phone? Have you read the 80 page disclosures? Accepting terms is known as a way companies use to protect themselves against a lawsuit, not to give the company permission to steal money from them. Would you think it is acceptable for your cell phone company to go into your bank account and take your money? What if they said it was in their 80 page disclosures that you agreed to? It is no different here. The reason we have these rules is to prevent abuse: to prevent people stealing our investors funds by cheating. And we're not talking about a "80 page disclosures" here, but about a simple line. And maybe you should start questioning yourself whose fault this is instead of calling a fair casino thieves.
