Everyone has to explicitely agree with "This is my only account" prior registration. I don't think it can be more clear than that  How many things in life to we agree to and dont read? Do you have a cell phone? Have you read the 80 page disclosures? Accepting terms is known as a way companies use to protect themselves against a lawsuit, not to give the company permission to steal money from them. Would you think it is acceptable for your cell phone company to go into your bank account and take your money? What if they said it was in their 80 page disclosures that you agreed to? It is no different here. You just have to read two lines. TWO. First is "This is my only account on CryptoGames and I agree to the Terms of service", the second is "I agree to the Privacy policy"

It is no different here. The reason we have these rules is to prevent abuse: to prevent people stealing our investors funds by cheating. And we're not talking about a "80 page disclosures" here, but about a simple line. And maybe you should start questioning yourself whose fault this is instead of calling a fair casino thieves. The only party that can be qualified as "thief" is you, who tried to cheat the casino and its investors. 8.2. If you are found to be cheating, using multiple accounts, or abusing free withdrawals, then your account(s) will be closed and your funds confiscated including any investments.

I personally don't agree with the rule either, and I think that it should be made clear what would happen to the funds of a blocked account, but that's another story.
I think it was made pretty clear what happens to funds from a blocked account. From the FAQ: " Can I have multiple accounts? No, only one account per person is allowed. Players with multiple accounts will be blocked and all funds, including investments, will be confiscated." From the ToS: "4.3. Each player is authorized only one account. Users with more accounts, or players who use outside scripts to interfere with our bidding system, including but not limited to VPN services, will be automatically blocked. Blocked players cannot play or withdraw funds. " Browsewrap agreements generally dont do well in court. I dont think there is a clickwrap on registration, right? You should consider this just in case. There is. On top of that, if you attempt to access any deposit address on a freshly made account, you will see this screen:  So any user that either registered their account by attaching an email/password to it (opposed to the longid) or that made a deposit to their account has to accept the ToS by clickwrapping. Users that did both have confirmed their agreement to the ToS twice, like the user in question did.

Confiscating my coins because I was unaware of your rule, which is an unjust one about having two accounts is not a decent business practice.
Please explain what the harm is to players that like to play different betting styles to have two accounts?
I like one account on autoplay for fun and the other to gamble as desired.

And if they claim faucets and tip each other, which circumvents the rules set for faucet usage. You accepted those rules and confirmed that you have read them/understood them. It's not the fault of the site that you didn't read the ToS before accepting it, you cannot claim to be unaware of the rule, or if you want to, you have to accept it's your responsibility.
