Hello my name is Moderator accountant, I would like to express my personal opinion on some of the the complaints regarding the chat and the rainbot/faucet rewards.


We always try to be as respectfull as possible, a bit of sarcasm and trolling might come around every once in a while (from both users and moderators) but it is always in the comedic sense, without any ill intent.

If a moderator were to behave in a way you think he/she shouldn't please send an email to support so the administrators can review your complaint.


We do get to the highest rank without completing all of the faucet requirements but:

1) We do get the general rank but that does not mean we get the maximum faucet level, I certainly don't :p
2) We devote a lot of our free time on working to optimize the site and creating an enjoyable and convenient gambling environment. If there isn't another moderator available to take over when we want to take a break or sleep, we stay awake untill there is another mod/adm to take over, even If that means we don't get sleep that night and go straight from chat moderating to our dayjobs. Just so you can get you as close to 24/7 chat support as possible with the team that we have.

Even if we did get rewarded for that with extra rainbot rewards or the maximum faucet level (we don't). We spend almost all of the coins we get from rainbot or the faucet on hosting chat games, giving away lottery tickets, or put it back into rainbot. So I don't see why someone would feel the need to complain about moderators getting rainbot/faucet rewards.

The so called "issue" is a rule. We don't allow all uppercase nicknames and that was addressed to you multiple times. Change it to lowercase and you'll be able to change the color scheme. Or do you want me to change your nickname if that's too hard?

Anyone who is spamming in chat would be offended but I dont think NakedHiker needs to feel himself addressed.
And out of nowhere is easy to say without context...if this is going on like this I might actually post some of your chat logs out of context and we can see how this goes 

I guess some of the context is missing where the conversation with lutpin started but nvm.
Btw I just opened the chat and it still showed a conversation from yesterday with lutpin swearing...
Dont wanne post here out of context because I never wanted to expose someone I would simply appreciate a friendly behaviour from the mods and therefore thought I second the observation from Qween420 (who is most likely an alt of someone who is affraid of posting with his main account I guess )

btw the issue from that chat is still in place. I cant change the color scheme of the site since my name is all uppercase...I can keep the name as long as I dont change any settings xD

I didnt screencap anything and its already long enough ago that I dont wanne make any false quotes but I simply wanted to show that Qween is not the only one who thinks like this.
I dont want to offend anyone but it would be more plesant if the mods would keep in mind that they are representing the site and therefore have to be a bit more tolerant to the users.

Are you sure you're not just mistaking sarcasm or directness for being harsh?

Got any examples? Like I said before, it's kinda difficult to say anything about this without at least having an example. 

I dont really care about the rain bot but I can confirm that Luptin is very harsh in chat.
Thats the reason why I dont use the chat when I see him around :/

It's kinda hard to take you seriously if you don't post some proof of Lutpin being 'mean' to you. You should have taken a screenshot or at least shared what he said.
You probably didn't because you were probably doing something in chat that wasn't allowed and got a warning.

I've seen a lot of people in chat get the top payout from rainbot, you probably just notice it more when a mod gets top payout.

why is it that you are so upset about the way free funds are distributed?
Do you think you have a right given by birth to be on top of the rainbot distribution?

Don't think that's the point of their message, they want more for themselves and less for others.
FYI: Rains are not funded by investors, all rainbot funds are based on donations from either the site (the 30% cut taken from investments) or users themselves.

As an investor, I agree with you that the rain bot should be abolished. I also suggest that a small compensation for their hard work go to the moderators. This could easily be managed with the savings from the rain bot removal.

why is it that moderates have advantages of players when it comes to rain bot...you guys wont chat for 10-30min and once you guys type 1-3 sentences you guy are on top of rain bot???

Fees suggested are pulled from Bitcoinfees.21.co's API. At the moment, their suggestion is 0.00306BTC per kB.
As some users prefer to do slower/cheaper transactions, or want fast transactions and don't care about the costs, the fees can be adjusted.
Currently, that ranges from 0.0009BTC per kB to 0.0045BTC per kB. With the suggested fee changing, those minimums and maximums change too (to adjust to the current network status).

Point of notice: Withdrawal fees are used for bitcoin network fees for the transactions, not taken by the site. Fees for DOGE are very cheap, for example (1 to 5 DOGE, under 250 sat right now).
The site offers 9 different coins and I'm sure you can find one to play with that fits your needs.
