Are you sure that the minimum withdrawal fee is 0.002btc, as I know you can set the fee at crypto-games but if the minimum fee allowed is that high then it is not so good for player especially low bankroll players but it can be solved by the exchange feature. So in order to avoid high fee, you can exchange your btc into other coins.
Regarding the abuse on the rainbot, I dont think they need to do it. It is random pick imho, as the amount is not that high why they should abuse it?
