In any place one live in there must be an accusation the the resolution is always the best.
Accusations happen in every casino out there, but sites like Crypto.games/DogeCoinMachine, Primedice, Yolodice, Justdice, have been here for so long with a clean sheet that cannot be ever tainted and they all strive to maintain that reputation over years.

Often they have to take decisions in lines of their terms and conditions of users attempting to misuse the website with a malevolent mindset. I have seen accusations being solved clearly in the "Scam accusations" section and genuine ones are professionally solved. Most of the times, the newbie accusers are often at fault themselves.

As per the latest update from codepoet's thread, it appears that Crypto.Games has come to a resolution with the affiliate that had 8.38 ETH stuck with crypto.games.

It would be nice codepoet was able to share the information about his experience to add further comment, however no information other than that the thread is resolved is available.

I added this to the original post to:
Quote
Crypto.Games has resolved the pending allegation regarding locking affiliate earnings for KYC since this post

Thank you for resolving this Crypto.Games and it is good to see that the player is satisfied with how you have dealt with this.

Those who are inside the casino will know them better, but I know that Crypto.Games is one of the ancient casinos in the forum and I have not seen any accusation on them and I like the way Crypto.Games respond to the player and settled the matter once and for all. This is my first time of visiting this thread and I like the ways things are run here. Yes codepoet tried for bringing to the notice of Crypto.Games and informing others to be aware. In any place one live in there must be an accusation the the resolution is always the best.

I'm "Jinx" from CG.

This is a warning to any and all Crypto.Games to users.

CG has threatened to close my account of 6 years and confiscate approximately 8.38 ETH balance, in exchange for my personal and private information.

You may be next, I recommend you withdraw your coins before it's gone.

More info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/resolved-account-closure-and-838-eth-confiscated-5465778

Confirmed. I have read this case and there is strong reason to believe that crypto.games are either choosing to unethically treat players and affiliates for profit and personally identifying information, or, are taking extreme measures to save their business through these means.

See here to read more from codepoet about his experience.

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with Crypto.Games until there are resolutions to the ongoing fraud/theft allegations against them

Dont take my comment personally mate,

I have been a former investor not just a player on crypto.games at a time when it was stilled named crypto-games and have entrusted amount of 0.1 BTC on their site. In about a year it was 0.15 BTC and that has been one of my biggest casino bankroll investments till date.

They have been operating since 2013 when they were named DogecoinMachine, IIRC and have proven their trust over time.

Thanks for mentioning me as I now see that the case was recently resolved, which is great news.

I added this to the original post to:
Suggest you take an unbiased approach before making such comments. A business has to protect itself. Hope you have a good Halloween full of treats.

Would also like to ask, can we please have that Investment scheme back on CG? It was too tasty a treat to pass off for many diligent investors like me.  Grin

I took an unbiased approach then, and now. It is factual that the user had an affiliate earning balance locked for KYC. It wasn't a biased opinion. What I posted was a necessary warning for other affiliates.

Anyway, it's updated now and I hope that you and crypto.games find my post updates to be acceptable.

Just popping in to say thank you for the Halloween gift to CG =) I don't really play much anymore these days but I make sure to participate in every Bitcoin lottery draw (quite a number of single ticket wins there already for me, maybe a record setter at some point?).

Would also like to ask, can we please have that Investment scheme back on CG? It was too tasty a treat to pass off for many diligent investors like me.  Grin

Don't see them bringing it back (but hey, happy to be proven wrong). Enjoy the memories and appreciate you were part of it. Was also part of it -- every coin I had had a hand. I remember the day some guy dumped 60 BTC and lost -- the biggest single jump in my investment bankroll!

I just finished the first version of Crypto.Games review to my site.

TLDR:
I liked this

  • A very good reputation in the Bitcoin and crypto forums, Reddit and Trustpilot.
  • All 10 games are provably fair with low house edges.
  • The website ranked very fast in my tests and is decent to use (the menu structure needs work IMHO).
  • Fast deposits and no problems withdrawals (except the first one went to manual approval)

Flaws
  • Only 10 games that may get boring after time.
  • Graphics and sounds would need a lot of polishing.
  • Menu structure is illogical and some bits of information are hard to find for a new user.

In conclusion: I will happily recommend Crypto.Games to all crypto gamers. It’s an excellent crypto casino that many other sites could learn from. THUMBS UP!

Ps. If you have anything to add to or comment my review, please leave me a message here in my thread. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts.

The option for him withdraw and leave at a minimum is required. You can't violate someone's privacy and steal their money just because your casino now all of a sudden cares about the rules when you didn't for the vast majority of time that codepoet was a member with you.
CryptoGames isn't stealing the money of the user. They are just following the rules of their license operator. 'codepoet' will be able to withdraw his funds by completing the KYC verification. He is concerned about his privacy, and I'm not against him. But he has to cooperate with CryptoGames team by providing the requested documents at this moment. Based on the terms of CryptoGames:

CryptoGames can request from you any additional identifying information and support documents at any time at the request of any competent authority or in case of application of any applicable law or regulation, including laws related to anti-money laundering (legalization) of incomes obtained by criminal means, or for counteracting financing of terrorism.

You will see this bold part in every Curacao licensed casino. All of them reserve the right to ask the personal documents "at any time". It doesn't matter for how long the user is playing at the casino. The KYC verification isn't mandatory, CryptoGames has applied the rules on 'codepoet' as they found it necessary now (to cooperate with the license authority).

You can check this thread to have some idea about the license and KYC requirements of those casinos who have an ANN thread in this forum: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements

I'm "Jinx" from CG.
Your account will be unblocked and fully functional when you'll provide requested documents. This was perfectly clear to you since you received an email about Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Update on April 4th 2020 (3 and a half years ago!) when we implemented KYC.

2. When KYC was implemented and since, I have not made any deposits or withdrawals to specifically avoid any regulatory restrictions due to either of these actions.
NOT true. KYC was implemented on April 2020, your last deposits (at least 30 of them) were later in 2021, even more than a year after the announcement. I can share transactions if in doubt. Also you successfully made a withdrawal in 2021, when we already had KYC.

I have not had anyone contact me from CG since Aug 5, 2023.

Also not true, we've asked you what packages are you even talking about.

When you'll be ready send us documents and your account will be unblocked.

I recommend you withdraw your coins before it's gone.
Agree, we always encourage users to withdraw coins to their personal wallets.

Confirmed. I have read this case and there is strong reason to believe that crypto.games are either choosing to unethically treat players and affiliates for profit and personally identifying information, or, are taking extreme measures to save their business through these means.
Sorry, but requesting KYC info is nothing unethical, it's the most common thing in the crypto world for the past few years. If company wants to fulfil regulations, we must collect informations from our players. We don't want to, believe me, but we have to.

AFAIK a member who has not yet accepted your new TOS and who has been using your platform since before KYC was a requirement, should be given the option to withdraw without KYC OR do KYC to be able to continue using the service.

However, this applies to a player who is depositing and actively gambling. Aa you must "add collateral" to the source of funds with the ID (that's the whole idea about KYC).

IF codepoet is only an affiliate and is not a player who deposits, simply an affiliate who takes his rewards, he should not have any need for KYC.

I believe strongly that locking his account is purely a move to stop the consistent outflow of your business to codepoet, while pocketing the balance.

The option for him withdraw and leave at a minimum is required. You can't violate someone's privacy and steal their money just because your casino now all of a sudden cares about the rules when you didn't for the vast majority of time that codepoet was a member with you.
User was informed about TOS change, he continued to use the website which means he accepted the terms.
He is/was actively gambling and using website daily till august 5th 2023. He placed 235 million bets, he made deposits one year after updates TOS, he withdraw after updated TOS, he logged in every week, he daily claimed faucet rewards, meaning he is an active player.
This has nothing to do with pocketing his balance, It's about following regulations. I belive you should talk with him to get a clear picture what's all about, since he posted only what benefits him and not the other part of the story.
