First of all, you shouldn't have deposited there if you think the withdrawal limit is really high. CryptoGames team didn't force you to make those small deposits. The minimum withdrawal limit for Dogecoin is less than 200 (equivalent to 0.0005 BTC) at CryptoGames

Are you sure about this statement? Because as of RIGHT NOW this is the limit: https://i.postimg.cc/QxZr7Jn3/actual-dumbasses-trying-a-rebuttal.png

Not that it matters, I will never see the crypto I deposited to crypto.games again, and I'm okay with that. But I'm not okay with fanboys making outright false statements about the requirements of the website.

I agree, anyone should withdraw their coins to their personal wallets since our wallets are not meant for short or long term storage. We encourage that people store THEIR coin in THEIR wallets.

This would be great if you actually believed it and your withdrawal policies reflected it. You obviously don't want people with small amounts of crypto to be able to withdraw from your site (otherwise the minimum withdraw wouldn't be a bloody 362 DOGE, OR AT THE VERY LEAST THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT WOULD BE CLOSER TO 362 DOGE THAN -20- ---  but hey, I digress) because that is where the $$$ comes from. Anybody with half a brain would never deposit a significant amount of crypto to this site. Especially after this trainwreck of a thread you think you're in control of.

And the fact that you take more than 5 DOGE for a "transaction fee" even though the actual network fee is 0.01 is just the icing on the cake.

https://i.postimg.cc/BbBNXFvx/lol2.png

The two screenshots above should be more than enough to deter people from using your website, but if you continue the bs I'll continue spreading FACTUAL INFORMATION about your website to potential players.

When your websites minimum deposit is $2.91, yeah $13 is crazy. Unless you care to share your personal betting history with us, showing us how easy it is to roll $2.91 to $13

Crazy minimum withdrawal...and it's at 13$ currently.  It really is crazy.  Shocked

Crazy low indeed.

I don't gamble, not on our website, not on others.

Anybody with any significant amount of cryptocurrency on their crypto.games account (or any other websites owned by MuchGaming B.V.) should withdraw now and never think about depositing again. The people behind this website/company are as shady as they come and they will figure out a way to get all of your coins, through legitimate means or not.

The best part is your customer support agents and moderators mocked me for being a "faucet warrior". Yesterday I sold some things and I have well over 1k DOGE to deposit and play with on crypto gambling sites, but I will never make another deposit to yours since once again instead of doing the right thing,
Nobody is forcing you to play anywhere. Don't forget you knew EXCATLY what the minimum withdrawal amounts are, but choose to do in anyway.

you choose to lock my account and take what little dogecoin I had at the time, like the thieves you are.
Don't mislead, your account is not locked, but for certain tasks you're required to pass the KYC and you know that already.

Please, continue.

But please, continue being condescending towards me instead of trying to be understanding about any of it. It is a great look on you, please continue showing the crypto community your true colors and I will continue spreading the word that your website should be avoided.

Good news for VIPs:

If you achieve VIP status for three (or more) consecutive months, you will keep your VIP tag and most of your benefits if you don't make it to VIP in the month after.

More info: https://blog.crypto.games/2023/05/new-vip-benefits-added.html
The news is quite interesting and profitable.
But unfortunately to get VIP in three months or more in a row is quite difficult because only those with big money can get VIP in a row.
Maybe if there were other options like two months or more then many gamblers would be able to have it and for sure we are all very enthusiastic about reaching VIP because this is an advantage that can be obtained in the following month if you don't reach VIP.
This is the policy of the gambling site so that we as gamblers can only comply with it and as much as possible to reach the VIP that has been determined.

Actually getting a VIP position is not that hard to gain and to keep on CryptoGames. You should check the "past winners" list.. Some altcoins have low volume sometimes and easier for someone to sneak into a VIP spot. Once you're there, you'll get full speed betting on dice with up to 20 bets per second, depending on connection and latency between client and server, which allows you to reach high wager with a sh*tload of low bets.. Wink

The staff has decided to come up with the "free VIP for a month", because we've seen quite some players being VIP for months and losing it after busy month or for whatever reason. This allows them to keep their VIP and some benefits for a month after taking it slow or after taking a little break. Of course also to stimulate new VIPs Wink
There is a point to where there will still be loopholes to sneak into VIP when there are lower volume altcoins but when there is a promotion like this I believe more and more users are trying to chase it so have to really take advantage of the opportunity that exists.
But unfortunately I don't really like dice games even though playing there is only to get VIP but for dice games it's better not and prefer other games.
Maybe with dice I can achieve high bets with low bets but this will be in vain because I also gamble to get pleasure from a win that is obtained while in dice there will be less chance of winning it.

Yes, giving free VIP for a month can make users continue to have VIP in the next month and this will be very enjoyable.
Maybe I'll try it and good luck there.

It is funny that you expect me or anybody else to trust you after the crap you have pulled. If you will weaponize KYC over a customer complaining about 40 dogecoin, what will you resort to when there is 1 BTC on the line?

Mind posting also proof of received rewards and vouchers?

Sure:

https://i.postimg.cc/cLgH3JMG/untitled.png

...not that it matters, none of them got me any closer to being able to meet your crazy withdrawal minimums and even if they did- your TOS explicitly states that withdrawing faucet or tipped funds will be blocked, and I wonder what happens if legitimate player's withdrawls get lumped in with these "abusive withdrawls"? Maybe they just never get to see their crypto again, sounds familiar.

The fact is I deposited coins to your website, gambled with them a bit, and realized I would never be able to withdraw them under the current policies of your website. Instead of trying to understand my situation from a players perspective and doing the right thing of allowing me to quit and withdraw my coins, your support staff said "tough luck" and my only option is to deposit more coins to a website I'm trying to quit using. lol
You knew that before making a deposit, but still chose to do it.

And when I go public with the information, you restrict my account, force me to go through a "KYC" verification process that obviously nobody wants to go through if they are gambling with crypto. My coins that I deposited to your website are now locked up in this account that I will never be able to withdraw from. Your website and the decisions of its owners/operators have effectively stolen my crypto. The games on here may be provably fair but the people behind it are obviously not and only want to take your coins.
KYC is a common thing on crypto related services.

You will do this to other legitimate players I'm sure, so again, player beware if you are going to make a deposit on crypto.games or any other websites owned by MuchGaming B.V. If you send your coins there they will do whatever it takes to make sure you cannot get them back out.
What actually did we do? Minimum withdrawal amount is set to all players, same on other websites.

Here is a link to a reddit thread where people can discuss this without worrying about censorship from bct:

Thank you.

Now that you and your staff have finished attempting to deflect, do you care to share any information about why you will not honor withdrawal requests even for legitimate players?
By now you figured it yourself, but let me be clear. When your balance will be higher than minimum amount required to make a withdrawal and when you pass kyc.

Strangely that when you won coins from twitter promotion, you started complaining about withdrawal rules, claiming you would never deposit (hoping to change the rule just for you?), then you made two small deposits anyway. Why?
And while complaining I see you're without hesitation picking free vouchers.

If you don't want random people claiming "free" vouchers, you guys should probably stop posting them willy nilly on your chat and on discord. But, strangely, instead of addressing any of the legitimate concerns I have brought up you try to deflect the entire thing back onto me. And strangely enough, my account needs "tier 3 verification" now to continue using it, I wonder why that was "randomly" decided. Well played.

tusandii shows up with perfect timing to change the subject for you. You should thank them.
The fact is that those freebies are meant to test the casino and nothing significant aside from, even if you are luck ly to have won a bet using a free coin to stake it still means you need to play for more to be able to reach the wagering requirement, be for you can withdraw, same applies to deposits but in the case of deposits the withdrawal wagerconditionss normally little compared to bonuses claim wagering which is normally 10x-15x ore end 25x wagering conditions.

Something all websites are having, specially when free rewards are in place, like faucet, tips, vouchers and so on.

Whether or not other websites are doing it is irrelevant in my opinion. The policies and minimums currently used on the website make it impossible for a small stakes users to play and enjoy themselves. If they deposit 20 doge, and turn it into 60 through legitimate betting and decide to quit, they will quickly find out that they cannot withdraw their coins unless they make an additional deposit to meet the minimum, or if they get extremely lucky and double their deposit 4-5 times over. Reaching out to customer support is pointless because the same immature moderators that frequent chat will likely be your "customer support agent".

Not everyone has the means to deposit additional coins to meet the minimum. Even if I did, I should not have to go through the hassle of purchasing additional coins from an exchange, transferring them to crypto.games, and eating the transaction fees along the way to get my coins off of the site; just because your company wants to prevent "faucet abuse".

Deep down I think you know why the policies are truly in place, it forces players that make small deposits to continue gambling their coins in hopes of meeting the crazy withdrawal minimums, and the house always wins. Of course you guys are going to make every excuse in the book to not review/revise your policies and to keep the crypto flowing in; never out. Potential players should be aware of these things before they decide to make a deposit on your website and send their coins to an account that they will likely never be able to withdraw from.

Not to mention that withdrawing faucet or tipped funds is against the TOS, so a lot of legitimate players are going to never want to receive them just in case your staff decides to not honor their withdrawal.
