By the way, if ever op would go online. Its almost a year that i do ordered out my card but it never reached my residence which i do wonder if those are totally had been shipped or not?
I would go so far as to say that the card was never created therefore was impossible to be shipped out.
Cryptopay OP posts in this thread when they want without writing anything of substance. This is not a real card project, it is a failed project.
You misunderstood me. What I mean to say is that the project is a failure. Looking at what they intended to do with the $18.5 million funds they raised in the 2017 ICO - they have not been a real business at all.
showing off the signs gradually.
I didnt expect that they do able to accumulate that big into their ICO.The only thing which interest me wayback is their free card which i have signed up.
Im not an investor or a die hard supporter of this service but it seems they are on the verge of total failure or already dead? lol
I didn't participate in Cryptopay ICO and I didn't read Whitepaper, so I don't know what ICO was about. However, from what I remember, card development began before ICO and this is a continuation of development. The cards were created before ICO but due to VISA problems everything had to be created again.
I don't think this is the end of Cryptopay, but I'm not sure if mixing ICO with cards development is correct.
Thanks for all who shared their opinion.
We understand how it may seem like but let us tell you how the things actually go.
Our previous card programme was closed in January 2018. Our card issuer had to stop issuing cards due to demands of VISA. Since that day we have been working on a new card programme. We understand that everybody is tired of waiting, we can't wait for it either! But what we’re creating here is a different level. We want a card programme that would be under our full control, and that takes time, lots of time. But we’re almost there.
The ICO was an important step – essential – to support the development of the company. We maintained right from the start that it wasn’t meant as an instant solution for becoming rich but rather for supporting the company and ensuring long-term growth.
If you look at the list of products we’ve launched after the ICO, it is quite a long list. We’ve added three more cryptocurrencies for the enthusiasts (ETH, XRP, LTC); we’ve added a new solution for purchasing crypto with your card – BuyNow – which allows you to buy some crypto and send it to any wallet of your choice in a matter of minutes (with a nearly instantaneous verification process, it is basically a self check-out). We’ve offered gift cards; we launched card purchases (on our main website) while the ICO was still in full swing. And finally we resurrected our card programme (in collaboration with our partner Unistream) – at the moment, in Russia only, but even this should prove how serious we are in our intentions, and that we will relaunch in Europe (the EEA) as well.
