The competition is very tough in the forum and only the best gambling casinos gets to survive longer, and from the look of things
I'll  assume  cryptoplay.io must have done a number of consultations before getting here which means they are prepared for the competition that exists in the forum. As a gambler I strongly believe that the bigger the competition in a market the better the service rendered to customers.

I usually give a lot of time before  testing new casino's that just made their way into the forum but from all indication I feel lenient to give you guys an immediate try to your site by having an account in the course of the week.
Welcome to the forum we hope to have cryptoplay.io serve us (gamblers) better.

Contradicting indeed, but all the complaints of the accuser I think has been actually counter with the screenshot  provided by the OP and I think these stories of users getting their account is actually not a new thing anymore here in the forum and the most annoying part is that most of these so called accuser don't actually provide enough proofs to what they are actually try to claim and we all know how thats makes you look as a complainer. As you are trying to stand on a claim proofs is actually what gives you an edge over such cases because most casino tend to blame the players always where whereas most times latter is the case.
I saw their signature campaign today and I was happy that the casino is already making attempts to established its presence here in the forum,  this is a great way to start and a new casino because in this way you are already letting potential clients know that you have a presence here in the forum,  and one other thing I like to suggest to the ops os that,  you guys should try as much as possible to maintain the current momentum in your response here on the ANN thread because this goes a long way to speak positive or negative of the casino here in the forum.

In the coming days, you may likely get some tough questions from users who may like to get updates on the operational guidelines of the casino and how best they understand it.

Thank you for the feedback. In the last week I was a little busy and offline most of the time.
I am now connected and ready to answer any questions.
I am aware that cryptoplay.io is not complete, we still need updates as any website.

This is how we love in Crypto casino being advertised here that they are completely aware of the system , providing coppermembership before even posting here.

Welcome to the forum Guys , Have created my account now and deposited small amount to try and observe the sites behavior for players.

The site looks good, simplicity is what I love in portals .

congrats for being here and hoping that you will stay even longer to compete with more bigger site.

Thank you, I try to make everything as professional as possible.
If I "deliver" quality, I definitely get good feedback and then the player base will grow.

Yes, there were already a signature campaign from cryptoplay and it could be a sign that they might stay here for a while to promote their casino. Although in the beginning there is already a huge distraction. Nevertheless, they have shown and answer back the accusations against them.

In the coming days, you may likely get some tough questions from users who may like to get updates on the operational guidelines of the casino and how best they understand it.

Definitely, every new casino here will for sure got their hands full in the beginning because members here are really that inquisitive and I will say have doubts in the beginning. But just like those casinos that established themselves around the 2020's and still remain in this community or even earlier than that. They went to this kind of a rigorous Q&A in the beginning. And from time to time they have to answer as well for some issues and concern from some members. But the thing is that if you are that casino that wanted to stay here, you have to go to this process. It's like a test for us and if the casino answers all our doubts then along the way they can established their trust and reputation here.

So welcome to Cryptoplay.io!!!

People, run as far away from Cryptoplay as possible. It is the biggest scam in the betting world that I have seen in the last 20 years.

Yesterday they stole all the profit I made on sports betting with the ridiculous explanation that I used arbitrage with another service, but they couldn't provide me with any proof. Apparently, their sports provider has that evidence, but they don't even want to tell me the name of that provider.
If you take a closer look at their competitions and rankings in the casino, you will see that there are very few players. I managed with a rollover of only 6000 dollars (everything was played in the sportsbook) to enter the 80th place of the ranking list in which they supposedly share 2 million dollars. Don't be naive...
OP had easily countered your claims with a simple screenshot they had posted here. If you are confident with your claim against this casino, you can post a scam accusation in the proper board and make sure to put some screenshots. You are lucky enough that OP is willing to return the differences despite the explanation about the the violation you had made. Though I'm still not sure who is telling the truth since no one had provided some strong evidences between both of your claims.
Comments like this are expected either their be true or false bit the ultimate thing is that if the accuser have any proof to back the claim he should post them already but from the look of things,  the guy is just trying to cause some crisis in this thread unless he comes up with more evidence that his profits were all withdrawn as he said.

I had a run through the casino and I discovered that their sports bet section is not fully developed and is still under construction but this user mentioned that he won all the profits in sports bets so that is contradicting information that points us in a different direction.

Of course I will publish a scam accusation because I do not intend to stand against a house that has unfair practices. I have screen shots of all my bets, deposits and withdrawals. Cryptoplay can't prove anything because they don't have any evidence. It was confirmed to me that through my personal data that I submitted to them for verification, they allegedly managed to get data on which services (sportsbooks) I have registered accounts on. I am even willing to go so far as to publicly publish a list of my bets from all sportsbooks where I have open accounts and everyone will be able to see that I did not do arbitrage.
If the casino (sportsbook) has solid evidence against the player, then it must also present it, and Cryptoplay does not do that. The OP just says that their sports provider has the proof.
It's funny, they don't have any sports provider, they only publish odds for a dozen football matches every day. They certainly don't need a sports provider for that. After all, the OP wrote this in post #12, which clearly means that they do not have any sports provider or third party: "Cryptoplay is a more classic crypto casino, every game is made by us, especially the sports."

They simply have no money and need new naive players. People, run away from them...

1. You make accusations for which you have no evidence to support them.
2. Sportsbook is made by us (sportsbooks from other casinos is an iFrame and has nothing to do with the site itself)
3. It is logical that we take the events from a provider (not the iFrame), or maybe you think that we have 200 mice that sit and create odds and all the events just for us.
4. The contract with this provider is based on percentage, so it has access to all the bets and informations of a player.
5. I have concluded this discussion with you and this is my last answer (it was seen in your messages what is your actual goal).

I officially ask those who are among the winners (many are members of this forum) of the Race and Rise to Riches competition to say if they have received their prizes or not, so that this speculation of yours can be refuted.

P.S. Rather than paying you the fee so that you don't make me "as negative as possible on the forums", I'd rather give him a giveaway or even do a signature campaign here on the forum.

You have broken serious rules and as it says in our terms and conditions, "We reserve the right to permanently ban/suspend your account and forfeit your winnings/funds for any type of arbitrage."
Despite all that, I sent you back the money you deposited, even a little more.
I don't want to argue with you here on the forum, I will leave some screenshots from our conversation on Telegram to understand what your goal actually is.

I apologize to the members of this forum for this situation.

Can you please shed some light on the contract address for the CoinPlay token (CPC)? I've been searching for quite a while, and it's very hard to find that rather new token. Many got CPC as an abbreviation and this one doesn't show up yet.

CPC is our in-house cryptocurrency and its value is equivalent to 1 USD. CPCs are given as a deposit bonus. You can use CPC for playing any games on our platform or you can exchange unlocked CPC to other coins using our exchange function at any time.

When is the support open? It says 12 hours a day, but is it U.S eastern time (EST) or some other time zone?
Would be nice to hear from an affiliate manager and discuss what we can do together. Could be interesting to do something with Crypto Play..

You have just received an answer regarding your problem. Some of your bets are subject to arbitration, which is totally prohibited in Sportsbetting. If you have more deposits than withdrawals then I will return all your deposits but overall you are in profit, from arbitration which is prohibited.

This is the most amazing thing I have heard so far in my career as a bettor, and I have been betting for over 20 years. So if I have more winning bets than losing bets you can void all my bets? And when I lose, then everything is fine?
What kind of arbitration are you talking about? At Cryptoplay you only have prematch, no live betting, no cashout. So how can I arbitrate?

The provider that offers us the odds also offers to other sports betting agencies, unfortunately, this is their answer regarding your bets.
Arbitrage means that you bet on all possible variants, namely 1,2, or x with 3 different tickets, whatever happens in that event, you have a profit.
If you have been a bettor for 20 years, you must know what arbitration means.
As I said, if you lost money at Cryptoplay, it will be returned to you in full, but unfortunately, your account can no longer be used.

I repeat, KYC from Cryptoplay is not made for players who play fair.
Do, you mean if I have only one single account and I don't have anything unfair then you will not ask me for know your customer information? If yes, then it will be good for me and others and hopefully think you will get more and more audience.

Interesting. I was asked for KYC on Saturday. I registered on Cryptoplay 14 days ago. So far, I have had a total of 10 deposits and three withdrawals. I made the fourth withdrawal on Saturday and after that they asked me for KYC. I sent all the documents they asked for and after that they don't reply. Yesterday I asked in the chat what the problem was, and I got the answer that my account is under investigation. I never got an answer to my question about why and what type of investigation. This morning I asked the question again in the live chat and I got the answer that I have to be patient because their sports provider does not work on weekends. I only bet in the sportsbook, not in the casino. I only have this account, I deposit and withdraw through my Binance account. I don't know how it can be more honest than this. There is absolutely no need to open multiple accounts at Cryptoplay because they do not have bonuses that are profitable for the player in the long run.
The only problem I see here is that after 14 days I am several hundred dollars in profit. I can't even imagine what would happen if I was among the top 10 players in the Race And Rise To Riches for 2 million dollars if the casino had a problem with my $800 payout

It is safe to say that most gamblers prefer not being asked for KYC verification. On contrary, they tend to go more on casinos that are licensed. How would you deal with that? I read at one of your posts that you may have to consider it if it is a "must", but I don't think that it is really needed. Follow up question is... how would you able to get the trust of the community if they do not know your identity? I am asking because some players feels more secured if they know who the operator is.
