Just don't use them. There are better poker sites out here. Try SwcPoker for example.

The thing is i have won 0.2 from there and was withdrawn without a problem but your scenario is a little unlucky plus they could have dealt with it differently as it does not sound like you are to blame at all. Hopefully they sort a deal out for you because if they don't it is not going to look good for them in the long run.

Hmmmm shady maybe they should not have released the roulette for live play until they had beta tested and was sure there was nothing to be fixed before the release. So i am finding it hard to understand did you win chips on a heads or ring game but they held withdrawal because someone found a problem with the roulette and took advantage of that? You should not have funds held if that is the case, unless you are the player who took advantage on another account of course.

Why dont you take some time to read before posting?

The sites use up altcoin as the chip currency, and fox is withdrawing xpy into BTC. The sites process this with shapeshift.io, Basically shapeshift process things with the spread of buy and sell order. This is where the 5 % spread come in play. You can actually avoid this by not withdrawing BTC but withdrawing xpy instead , you can then sell it to an exchanger for usual 0.25 % trading fee which might save you some %

Clearly i did take the time to read or i would not have known they are charging 5% to withdraw to bitcoin would i sherlock! Which then i was quite clear was a rip off.

Its sound weird that you lost your chips because connection problem. I my self have a poor connection, and sometimes get disconnected, but I did not lose my chips.
In what game you lost your chips?is it real chips or just freeroll tournament chips? And how many chips you lost?

There has been no problem on the site while i have been using it and i have yet to see any other complaints, i have deposited played and withdrawn without a hiccup. "You lost all your chips" while waiting for your cards to open? If there was a connection problem that was from your end not the sites Roll Eyes

Your site have some problems. I lost all my chips, when I was waiting cards to open. There was connection problems by your side and for an unknown reason site clean up all my chips. That's not fair, you have to compensate me.

This was an error that our Site Dev had accidentally put in place while coding for both XPY and BTC withdraws. It was only supposed to be for XPY while the price was extremely volatile. I was not aware this was the case. Thank you for pointing it out. Please PM weenfan on this thread or on live support on www.cryptopoker.eu and we will take care of the 5% that may of been charged on the w/d that was not our intention at all and was only a safe guard on the XPY w/d's. He was able to isolate the issue tonight and has resolved it!
