Clearly i did take the time to read or i would not have known they are charging 5% to withdraw to bitcoin would i sherlock! Which then i was quite clear was a rip off.

I could not care less if they had to send the funds to the moon to be processed into bitcoin the charges stink and should not have any part on the site, what don't you understand? If i deposit btc to play and then win bitcoin, why should i have to withdraw xpy scamcoin to avoid fee's it makes perfect sense doesn't it..

Edit. I have to withdraw xpy because this was Payconpoker which the op was not very clear about and probably should have been . You should change the withdrawals admin, no fee for bitcoin withdrawals.

I think its better to wait their respond first, a little bit risky to create a new account because can be detected as multiple accounts.
But if you want to create new account, I suggest you to ask the admin first. So, dont create new account before they accept your request.

The font is there but I just looked at it was in the W/D Box where you enter you withdraw address so it is easily missed. I didn't realize this was the case so sorry for the confusion there.

Basically here is the scoop. When you are Withdrawing in any of the 25 currencies other than XPY (Done by FASTXPY not Shapeshift) They work by taking the BTC and buying your currency your w/d in automatically on the Crypsy Ask Price. So if the Ask price is a large spread between Bid & Ask then you thats where you are getting hit. If you are w/d in a coin with high volumes of trading then that spread will most likely be smaller. Our small 0.5 chip fee or .12 cents is pretty much just one of our layers of proaction again the scammers. Who are signing up for multiple accounts verifying up to 3 different emails and trying to instantly withdraw the 5 bonus chips so its to make it pretty much pointless for them to w/d such a small amount with the fee so they then try to do 2 or more and thats when our system red flags them with multiple systems in place so this is now prevented. We will soon have completely eliminated all free bonus chips so this won't be an issue moving forward. I hope this answers your questions about how the third parties work on these W/D's.

I got 0.08265btc, and I asked the support, they said shapeshit converted their xpy to btc.

Cryptopoker.eu is always paying XPY, so if we withdraw btc, shapeshit will convert xpy to btc, and transfer btc to our addresses.

They should add a tip or alarm to us, i thought btc is the base currency so I withdrew btc, there is no warning says the withdrawal is processed by shapeshift. No one is willing to pay so high fee to shapeshift. And their payment is ridiculously slow, got my payment after 1 hour.

The sites use up altcoin as the chip currency, and fox is withdrawing xpy into BTC. The sites process this with shapeshift.io, Basically shapeshift process things with the spread of buy and sell order. This is where the 5 % spread come in play. You can actually avoid this by not withdrawing BTC but withdrawing xpy instead , you can then sell it to an exchanger for usual 0.25 % trading fee which might save you some %

This shapeshift function will bring to this site just unpleasant remarks by the players. This should be a facility not one way to charge the players on the name of conversion fee. This must be converted on 0% fee rate.

Hi, guys, support replied to me, why i got 0.08265btc when i withdrew 0.087btc from this site, it's processed by shapeshift(now i call it shapeshit) convert, so the processor shapeshit took about 5% fee, wtf shapeshit is a greedy bastard.

So if you wanna withdraw? Don't withdraw btc, shapeshit will take your a lot of money, just withdraw XPY to your bittrex or cryptsy wallet, at least no withdrawal fee, you only need to pay the trading fee, 0.25% in bittrex, 0.2% in cryptsy.
