No, they didn't say anything when I withdrew it. Withdrawal fee is 0.5 chips, it was deducted already, and no site charge so high withdrawal fee(0.087-0.08265 = 0.00435 btc)

Seems to be working for me now. I was having troubles getting it to load about an hour ago but i was able to get on and register for the freeroll tonight. In game now, so its working.

Hi, I got the fund, I was exciting to get the prize(my biggest freeroll win) so I needed that fund urgently, but the amount is not correct, should be 0.087btc, not 0.08265btc in TXID, admin what's wrong?

That is understandable as i said it is your funds and you do what you feel right with them, but as poker player taking advantage of freerolls it is the norm in fiat poker to save the bankroll and play the site for free that way you are helping the site like they helped you. More than likely there is a withdrawing fee, did it not say when withdrawing?

Yes Shilio It does. The purpose of verifying the email is to prevent players from creating multiple accounts and to award players for signing up with correct emails. We then can send annoucements about all of our upcoming upgrades and freerolls! etc.

Sinisuba - We have a very good system in place and it shows that you have created multiple accounts which violates the rules as clearly stated.
You are only allowed one account per person. That is why we didn't process your Withdraw of the Bonus Chips. You also didn't even play 1 hand of live ring game play on either account and the requirement was to play only 1 hour of live play before withdrawing the bonus.
