Those who were silently accumulating and filling their bags does not call the price decline their worst nightmare. It was a good dream for a lot of buyers.

The year 2018 was completely the crypto's worst nightmare, it's really been full of ups and downs. But in spite of the bear market, there's is Dapp.com who still made it. In fact, they contributed $6.7B throughout 2018. You may be interested to check their Dapp Market Report, such awesome!

On checking the links provided, the first did not work, but the second which worked gave a comprehensive report of the Dapp market. Perhaps you nerd to check that first again.
Then as regards you saying 2018 is the worst nightmare in the crypto space. Well that might be for those who lack experience in trading and investment and are not ready to learn how it works.

2018 is worst nightmare for those who invested at the end of 2017.

Those days were the all time high days and people bought in due hype even without knowing where their money is going. That's the lesson that those people must learn before engaging to an investment, it's not just going up all the time and they came in at a bad time.

the number of scammers and many projects that failed due to the price decline that occurred, and that was a nightmare. perhaps the most drastic decline in the history of cryptocurrency.and hopefully this year Crypto will be able to recover soon. However, the cryptocurrency has not opened its full potential.

This market is so fluctuating. This is why people said that bitcoin is just a bubble, and this market will collapse soon. But I think everything just begin. It's too soon to say anything.

Even if we learned late, we now know; Nothing always makes money. The Altcoins follow Bitcoin.

From time to time, we see a rise in altcoins, but then they all fall again.

2018 is indeed a nightmare for everyone. when everyone thinks it's just a small downfall, but in fact the market creates a bottomless chasm. many people lose, and on average they are new investors who have just joined at ATH.

you are wrong because 2018 was not "crypto's worst nightmare" instead it was the newbie bag holders nightmare because they were new and arrogant enough not to listen to others and continued buying shitcoins in their bubbles and then started bag holding them while continuing to lose money as others dumped on their heads. otherwise everyone else have been making lots money, specially those who have been shorting altcoins hard as they got dumped hard last year.

I agree with you, yes these new comers too were the reason for downfall last year. They bought shit coins without knowing about the project and it's back ground most probably few were scammers. If the coin dumps they will sell in panic and blasted the value of cryptocurrencies last year.

the term "crypto's worst nightmare" may be more suitable for newcomers in crypto, because the bear market is a fate that is certain to occur with high crypto voltality. the dapps market is what I know is more productive than the bag holder because they can generate funds in a short time with instead of the product

You are right, many investors received anxiousness in the past 2018, but they hope that this year they will get extraordinary gifts.

that's good and I don't think all of this is just about the market, look at the dapps and the community that continues to grow. so this is a sign that the community still believes and is interested in this industry.

I still believe that if a project is a great one it will do fine in bad market conditions, the weak ones are the ones that got crumbled on and theyvare all blaming market price ,what about those projects that has no ICO? They never request for any funds even for listing on exchanges and they are doing fine ,the reality is good projects will always stand strong both on rainy and dry season

The ups and downs of the crypto market prices are always there, only in 2018 that prices recede a lot in good coins so many people are worried about crypto's revival in the future.
