Hey OP, any updates when you will start accepting orders and begin shipping?

They'll go through a crowdfunding stage first... But there are no dates yet, as far as I know Smiley

Now that's a nice video and a nice way to pump up the hype train! Cheesy

The Cryptosteel is an interesting one, but my main concern is what if tags unlock and to drop a few letters?

For example: falling "accident", deliberately, etc.. (how strong is a screw?)

After watching the video I have the same question, I see the keys are "pressed" against their "rails". I though it worked by pushing the letters from the side of the "rails" and closing a lid... Smiley

I think I'll get one just for the fun of it because they are super cool looking.

Agreed.  I'd like to get one just for the cool factor.

Hope you guys start shipping soon Smiley You're asking for donations, but I don't see how much you really need to complete your goal... Also, will people who donate above average have any special perks? Smiley

Hi @unamis76,
Corowdfounding campaign will start soon. And we are building a list of rewards, and perks. Stay tuned, our team are more tech, than social (:

Soon as you get some funding sorted am game to be a reseller for the UK depending on the cost of things shipping and bulk buying to send to customers within the UK. If this gets started and project takes off then I can add to my shop for crypto products and other things when the business is ready for re launch and introduce your products too.

Good news! You have a nice project here, keep it up. I'll definitely consider contributing to crowdfunding, or just buy your product when it's released Smiley

Following all your channels, hope to get news soon.

When does the funding part of this happen as I am poss interested or is their any projected price for these to be made and sent out. Seen your other comments to replay and in a way yes theirs no real definitive solution to having backups but it helps to have something like this being protected as they are. I will be interested in one myself depending on prices or a number of them. How many is it you actually get when ordering is it like in picture where can slide open and has a number of them within it or do you just buy one and can add more to it and they connect together and slide apart in pictures?

These are really cool but how exactly does the wallet work? Do you pop out letters and numbers and slide them into the case?

True Random Numbers: Yes, you can, just mix-up all provided letters in a hat (over 216 bricks will be enough even to build a Master Seed) - and pick it up. You can make true random lottery Smiley
Safe deposit box: You can have one in your basement or you can have one inside Goldman vault...
Anycryptocurrency: it not easy to find a nice paper wallet generator for example for YBCoin - yes, you can print it, So I will fix it in my chart. Thank you
True Random Numbers: While I hadn't thought of drawing a key from a hat, it still can't be truly random unless there are more of each character than can possibly be used in the key, for instance, it is possible for a randomly generated key to consist of one character repeated as many times as necessary just as it is possible for enough monkeys with enough typewriters to generate the works of Shakespeare.  IOW, because there are constraints (i.e. no more than 4 of any given character), it is not truly random.  One could even argue that method of mixing the bricks in the hat tied with the different weights of the bricks and followed by a human drawing the bricks from the hat would significantly reduce randomness, but that argument isn't necessary due to aforementioned and much more significant constraints.

Safe deposit box: Yes, and the one in your basement would not have any more third party risk than the cryptosteel, but a cloud-based storage solution certainly would (even if the risk were loss vs theft).
