Yeah, it was I that helped you with that arb opp, it was 0.00000006 LTC when I started accumulation from Cryptsy. It was also I that showed you the "exploit" of sell price to circumvent the order queue, by omission of the first zero prior to the decimal point. Yes I made 120+BTC from an initial 0.3BTC buying power.I remember private messaging you in the Cryp troll box, I chose you at random.

-PoolMinor

Thats amazing since we have never had the capability of private messaging in our troll box.

You obviously don't remember that feature, or you aren't who you say you are. I am inclined to think the latter since this feature did in fact exist for a very short period of time.

Yup it checks out.. And it was a private chat box msg on Cryptsy.
But i was never convinced that exploit worked so sorry to argue with ya on that.
Maybe it did i dunno LOL
I thought maybe it was a coincidence.

I am still working on my reply back to BitJohn from what you quoted.

EDIT:
And you see guys this random person whether they like me or not came forward.
This shows i really did try and make the CENT story honest.
This PoolMinor guy will quickly admit too that the virus issue was real also.. he is the one who told me.

Is there any way that you, I, PoolMinor and Leroy Fodor can do a video Skype chat to prove that all four of us are different people?  Tongue Tongue Tongue

No, I don't use skype. I did though change my settings to show as being online, not that this proves anything though. I also looked through my old hdd for any screenshots I may have taken of said conversations on Cryp private message system, but none were found, oh well.

Still working on my CENT reply for BJ..almost done & it may not fit on 1 post it's so long ..at least i am spelling check it though  Grin

Skype ? i used it once and did not like it.. It made my happy go limp Sad
I can look for some old logs too but i doubt i have any for that period.
"This" (CENT story) must have been right before Jim / JShock was brought on board maybe OCT or NOV/DEC 2013
And so many guys used the v2 Chat box there is no need to prove it.. any old regular seen/used it too.
I recall it was laggy as a motherfucker LOL
But it was all deluxe & shit with PM options and user ignore Options + a special button dedicated to "Ignore Spoetnik" Wink

Some snazzy fucking shit ! ..eventually the chat box was pulled entirely and i ended up bugging BJ on this forum
to bring it back and he announced it was back the next day here.. coincidence maybe but that is what happened.
ALSO there was NO chatbox at all for maybe 6 months or so (rough guess)
A lot of Noobs never knew there "was" one back then.
In other words even though i demanded BJ tell Vern to bring it back & it was already clearly ready to go..
They just ht the ON button.
And that is the v3 Box we still see to this day. (which is basically just the v1 Box)
For anything i say there is on average 50 to 100 witnesses at all times minimum.. they just never speak up !

hi guys. just found this thread.

i've had only 2.3 btc pending for 5 days now. im honestly not really interested in who in this thread does what unless you can send me the pending withdraw.

...luckily im not dying and in need of it right this second. (which is why i've been patient for the past few days, ever after being banned from the chat for asking about btc withdraw, and i guess so have many others)

however i am taking this serious, and in interest of self preservation/financial stability, and the same for the community who is missing their coins right now, i contacted a lawyer, and

he said he'd gladly start a class action lawsuit, and has already taken paul vernon to court before.

he told me to get everyone together who has their money "stuck" in cryptsy with no valid explanation, and he'd be more than happy to help everyone.

Silver Law Group
http://silverlaw.com/

so go ahead, if you have a legit email and account on cryptsy, dont have the btc or usd you tried to withdraw, and add your name to a list in this thread, or contact them directly.

Wow. . . we start pointing out some really odd and peculiar things going on and everyone starts pointing the finger. "Wasn't me."

Exactly. Got Jim, John and Horus to stop whatever they were doing to come here and grace us with their presence.

When you have BTC or any other coin withdraw issues I will get support tickets much faster than I check posts here. I'm assuming your good as it was a hung wallet and the issue was solved.

I still can't get my head wrapped around how an Army dude - BitJohn - maintained an office in a war zone in the middle of Afghanistan allocating most his free time to provide support for Cryptsy sans pay because he though it was fun.

Um I was already here, and confirmed what you were asking..... Not sure how you lump me into that (everyone showed up category). Been here the whole time.

Note to self: Opium very, very, very bad.

Army Officer: What is it, BitJohn? You looked spooked.
BitJohn: I just saw a 50-foot tall rabbit driving a M2 Bradley into the mess hall and exiting with a camel in a Santa suit.
Army Officer: A giant rabbit in a Santa suit?
BitJohn: No, not a rabbit. The camel. Why would a rabbit wear a Santa suit? Be real!

Marshall Long is the CTO of FinalHash, Cryptsy, and a board member and CTO of Mintsy. He is an advisor to several bitcoin 2.0 projects such as Factom. He runs the Hashers United mining conference, and has an extensive background in programming, mining, internet marketing, integrated circuit design, large-scale data center deployment, OTC trading, financial technologies and international business. He has been in Bitcoin since late 2009, and has over 10 years of experience developing applications for emerging technologies.

From what I've read and videos I've viewed, Marshall Long was shilling for Cryptsy since early-2014, thus in Paul Vernon's mind earning Marshall the right to fill the CTO void vacated by Bryant Ibana so to implement his Plan. I mean, he, too, provided his services to Cryptsy sans pay for a year, albeit not from the comforts of an office at the edge of a war zone in the middle of Afghanistan while mining cryptos in the office's basement after the Army Corp of Engineers upped the amperage capabilities.

Speaking of PR... how about some cheerful holiday testimonials from the Cryptsy debit card customers.

The first 300 cards should be in our hand in 30 days. After that we have to ship them out. so 45 days from now about.

Crickets?

Maybe that's a good thing. Imagine having to wait 2 weeks at an ATM to get your $20 out.

And, they swooped down late at night, wee hours of the morning, they being BitJohn, supposedly no longer employed at Cryptsy, Jim Shockney whose role is only customer support, and Horus who handles security.

Are you sure it wasn't the other Horus who's doing the new and improved PR? Although I have to admit I have a hard time telling them apart myself.

Ya no doubt but we had Horus, Jim AND BitJohn here all at close to the same time.

Well, you have to give them credit for parachuting down to a hornet's nest and responding in a fairly calm manner.

What I don't get though is why users are STILL not being informed upfront about the ongoing issues. Not a hint of any kind on the website itself.

IF it's a genuine code issue and IF Cryptsy is solvent it would be in their best interest to NOT let the speculation run wild. So much for the new and improved PR that was supposed to happen weeks ago.

I also found it funny Jim side stepped my comments at him about BigVern making a statement etc.

Anyway i am working on a reply for BitJohn but it's taking me forever.
He quoted me then i am quoting him like 30 times  Cheesy

Above all else i like seeing some clarification for the users waiting on coins.
So i hope they come back and talk to us some more..
and especially BigVern he has not posted on this topic for 80 pages maybe.

I am just posting to throw my reputation behind the fact that Cryptsy has become a fucking joke. The trading engine has become utterly useless, and fixes take days or weeks. You asshats have cost me multiple thousands of dollars by restricting my liquidity flow thru YOUR ERRORS creating negative balances, this after about a week of no withdraws, deposits, or transfers. Seriously? I am absolutely disgusted how nonchalant you clowns are about the VITAL AND SYSTEMATIC FAILURES of your exchange. I have been biting my lip but you took a BIG BITE out of my bottom line with your garbage exchange, and I will bring it up as often as possible to everyone I know.

Stop adding garbage failure coins to your exchange when you CAN'T EVEN HANDLE WHAT IS THERE! Failures are so regular now I am not even sure these are mistakes any more. I would not be shocked at all if these "errors" were simply backroom insider trading. Cryptsy holding my money is not something I feel comfortable with any longer.

Cryptsy: Sorry 'bout your "BIG BITE", bud. Hate to see you go. Perhaps you'll have better ruck at BiteBi9.com, of which we at Cryptsy are not, I repeat, ARE NOT affiliated with.

To paraphrase Terrik: I have no idea who owns or operates BiteBi9. I'm just here to trade my motherfuckin' ass off.

I do not know whats happened. All i know is it all started going bad right after we added the new Tier Level systems for KYC
requirements and the major facelift and feature additions. So I can only "assume" that this is where the problem lies.
I do know this system is an extremely large, very complicated setup and when things go wrong it can prob be tough at times to
pinpoint where a problem lies.

Ahhhhhhh.  So it's all FINCEN's fault?  No, I'm not buying it.  FINCEN was quite clear from the beginning that unless an exchange traded in USD pairs or any other money, i.e. EUR, RUB, JPY, etc. that they had no jurisdiction and that KYC did not apply, so don't blame them.

In an e-mailed correspondence with DC Magnates, Cryptsy confirmed the upcoming addition:

“Yes, this type of trading will be available to verified accounts soon.”

It appears USD is the only fiat added, at least for now. It appears as well that users will have to “verify” their accounts first, which will require ID and possibly other items, as found with other exchanges dealing in fiat. On the BTC-USD market page, a warning appears: “This market is for Verified Accounts Only. The User Verifications system will open within the next week.”

Cryptsy had been feeling pressure for months as users pushed for the exchange to introduce USD trading. Indeed, one update on their site a couple of months back stated that USD will be coming soon.

The latest milestone marks a long journey traveled by Cryptsy. In an altcoin panel discussion at CoinSummit, Cryptsy founder Paul Vernon described how the site didn’t even start out as an exchange and only took such a direction when people had nothing to do with their new coins.

http://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/exchange/its-official-cryptsy-to-add-usd-to-trading-mix/

Most of us, including myself who had sent coin to Cryptsy when there were no USD pairings and so were not verified, were happy to verify if it meant we could get our coins off the sinking ship.  Unfortunately, the only thing that resulted in was the error message changing from "you've exceeded your daily/monthly withdrawal limit" to "your coins are forever pending".  So don't try to pin these failures on FINCEN and KYC.

See the bold part quoted..
That is why they listed Cryptsy at CryptoStocks.com that i bought late and sold for a loss.
It said so right in the stocks description.
I wonder if they are still doing pay out on that ?
I sold mine soon after i got them late 2013'ish because the ROI was 180 years LOL

Just checked the URL and it says on every link "We're sorry, but something went wrong."
And i never did find out who started that site either.
Check out their domain hiding service regs..

Hahahahaha, that shake weight photo, classic  Cheesy

I got to revisit this old post of mine - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8808590 - when I saw that Marshall Long is buds with Abram Kottmeier as well.

At last count, Marshall Long as been associated with no less than six scam outfits.

As far as I know, we brought him on around the time Mintsy started, as he has mining expertise.  I was against this, but it was a call made above me.

I would love to see what you guys dig up, I'll just watch and if you have any questions I may know answers to, feel free to ask.

mmmm hhhhmmmm
Told ya Back Room Boys - Crypto-Exchange Mob / Illuminati like BitJohn was talking about on previous page..
We will make you an offer you can not refuse / resist Illuminati Mason Horus says to his tied up in the chair victim.

Fuck yeah conspiracies.. Cryptsy come on we got you busted ice cold now !

EDIT:
I let HippieTech post this on my account guys.

EDIT2:

Don't think i did not notice you re-posting your Buy Cryptsy BTC ad again..

Your on the watch list now son !

So I am to believe you Spoetnik gave someone else access to your Bitcointalk account? Or you fudged and your hippietech..... kinda confused now lol

A joke i was directing at you knowing you would know HippieTech's infamous reputation for conspiracies.
I also look forward to seeing your reply with more attention on CENT soon.
I never tried to say Cryptsy guys planned any of that but that is how thing played out..

I dont recall ever blaming fincen for anything.
What i did say is that our problems began shortly after adding the new Tier Level system and complete UI upgrade with all the new features
meaning i believe the problem exists within our code base somewhere.

Whatever...

Big Vern a big hart maybe when he can earn more money. When you can't even people let them know before depositing there are huge problems. Sounds more like fraud then a big hart not sure in what kind of country this is fair trade but not here in the Netherlands.
