I'm tellin ya, that's not a photoshop. It's a manually inserted entry into the Cryptsy database by BigVern or Mullick in order to fabricate this screenshot. It's pretty clear to me that they messed up or didn't put in all the info correctly, leading to missing data (the " , , ") and the zeroed out timestamp. Timestamp is probably automatically inserted by a withdrawal daemon, and when they put it in manually, they just forgot to do it and Leroy didn't question it.

EDIT: Think about it some more: The only way for the ", , " to be in there is if Leroy deliberately typed in ", ," and pressed enter. Same with the date. Definitely a fabrication with Cryptsy's help.

I think more likely than photoshop or HTML edit is that he got someone at cryptsy with database access to insert a fake WD into his account so that he could make the screenshot. That would explain why the date is not set, where as with photoshop or an HTML edit he would had to have typed out "000...." by hand. So, even more evidence to suggest him working with insiders.
