I've been working with the receiver since the beginning, I was actually the first staff member to call and tell them everything I knew. I gave them everything I had to give. I dont think its going to be even split between users. It will be based on shares of loss. so if user a lost 2 BTC and user B lost 1 btc, one share would be paid to user b and 2 shares to user a...

What bothered me was the part where they said any non distributed funds would be given to charity. Are you kidding? There should not be any. The lawyers are taking 33%... and the numbers wont add up for all the losses.
