I assumed that Horus. Good you spoke up though.
Pour yourself a glass of beaver wine.. You earned it today!

Fun Fact:
Canadians make wine out beavers.
We also club seals..the smirk on their face is just too punchable.. Uppity bastards!  Angry
Also most are afraid of the dark.. Ghosts etc.  Shocked

.. Now you know!

Eerily accurate

Have you returned all your earnings and assets from stolen crypto to the receiver...

I hear your on the list of complicit and/or incompetent employees

Yes, we have already determined that I drank the koolaid and that the numbers I saw were fudged on dev end. I've been working with the receiver since the beginning, I was actually the first staff member to call and tell them everything I knew. I gave them everything I had to give. I've just been posting here to clear up some questions and share info when I had it.

Horus, you could be kind and send me some Btc, $, €, what you want, because I have to buy my shoes to my children.
I'm not kidding, I leave you a Btc address; 17pRjTg2MscUDzfLPv4d6HUBFR6hsmSLR4
 Shocked

Sent. not much but it's all I could afford to do, sent 100 bucks. I don't know the cost of kids shoes, but hopefully that enough for 1 or 2 pairs. brownie points if you post a picture of the shoes with metadata attached once you get them.

Thank you!
I was sure you would have done it.
Of course I did it for playing, even though I lost money at Cryptsy, I'm pretty well-off.
So, I will give this money to some refugee who arrives in Europe.
I'll show you the photo in a few days.

I'm fuckin speechless!

"Cryptsy Class Action Settlement Update:

On June 2, 2017, the Court granted final approval to the class action settlement. A copy of the Order approving the settlement is posted on this website. In granting final approval, the Court has authorized the Court-Appointed Receiver and Class Counsel to complete the liquidation of assets that comprise the settlement fund. We expect this process to be complete by the fourth quarter, 2017. Once this process is complete, the parties must file with the Court a motion that provides the results of this process and seeks the Court’s authorization to disburse the Settlement Fund in accordance with the Class Action Settlement Agreements.

At the same time, the Claims Administrator and Class Counsel are reviewing the claims submitted by Settlement Class Members.

We expect to start distributing the Settlement Fund in the first quarter, 2018. If this changes, we will post additional updates here."

I wonder what the average payout will be for those that registered for the class action on time

I already did the math and it's somewhere north of U$250 (average).

I dont think its going to be even split between users. It will be based on shares of loss. so if user a lost 2 BTC and user B lost 1 btc, one share would be paid to user b and 2 shares to user a...

What bothered me was the part where they said any non distributed funds would be given to charity. Are you kidding? There should not be any. The lawyers are taking 33%... and the numbers wont add up for all the losses.

Where did you see the Part About non-distributed funds being given to Charity?

I remember readon it in the paperwork, but cant remember where. Anyone remember seeing this or I am just high again?

Probably!  There won't be anything left over if they pro-rate the pay-outs.

Did he file a claim and was he able to show those funds were in when they stopped withdraws?

I do not know but I read his story here: http://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/cryptsy-founder-paul-vernon-disappeared-along-with-millions-of-his-customers-cash-8557571

It is so sad that people were ripped off

So the poor chap from Spain that send 20,000 EUR to his Cryptsy account is basically getting back next to nothing. So sad.

That is an example of deliberately keeping a crooked operation running to pay off the losers.
When i seen that topic all i could think off was Cryptsy and..
How i heard users were willing to donate money to keep Cryptsy going.

Your opinions ?
Should Cryptsy have kept running with some donated money ?
I won't say who suggested that to me but his name starts with Vlad and ends with Vlad  Cheesy

the owner scammed the users, and then wanted the users to donate to keep the scam going.. hmmm yea sounds like a great idea :-)

I'm in the US, a Lugan with a tiny dick. I was alluding to Spoetnik, who I'm pretty sure is a 'he' still residing in The Great White North. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.19909296>
