I wonder if those servers were erased as well.

Canada was sadly hosted out of the same data centre. As far as I know they didn't have any servers up here unless they had them and I didn't know about them. It wasn't even a separate database or anything, you accessed it all through normal admin panel as far as I remember. When I gave the receiver the Canadian bank accounts I would have for sure told them if there were any servers I knew of.

He claims they got "hacked" for a huge sum of coins, but didn't tell anyone for a year! He got involved in the Paycoin scam. Things went downhill fast after that. Apparently he wiped the servers, dumped his wife & children, and fled to China, but most of the BTC has not been moved.

1) Paycoin: I will look up the Paycoin scam to learn about what it was (sorry, not familiar with it though it was mentioned a couple of times recently).
