When I see dash .potcoin going up up make me more n more angry .

Me too. I have millions of moon, dime, earth and other cryptos over there. Fuck you vern. Point is I can't prove I had those coins. I have no screen shot no log files etc. I was away nearly 3 years from crypto world. Then I came back and cryptsy was already down.  Angry

You might be lucky ==>  the Receiver recovered an OLDER Cryptsy database!  Be sure to apply for reimbursement.

If I have a transaction record from my BTC-E account listing withdrawals of BTC and FTC to my Cryptsy account in 2014/15, will that be sufficient evidence for a class action claim?

I had 3.5BTC, 2500FTC and a bunch of Doge Sad

I tried using WalletExplorer as someone mentioned to prove the wallet's connection with Cryptsy but had little luck.

Cheers.

Yes, reach out the receiver representative and let them know what you have. Anything at all is worth a shot.
You are the man who is near the bankruptcy curator...do the right things!

Sorry Horus, but I Laughed.

Are you referring to me? If so, what do you mean by right things?
No friend, I refer to Horus, the man who knows everything and is close to the bankrupt curator and the lawyers. In fact, I wanted to ask, who decides to bring some of our coins to the auction? Moon, XRP...ecc

^HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO BET HORUS WORKS FOR POLONIEX?? :-D ROTFF

Older as in it will not have an accurate accounting of who had what etc.
We know this is true because the receiver mass emailed us all who had an account there about the settlement.

^it was one big scam/doxxing .. bittrex is now breached by the same "team" fyi

Do you have any evidence of having sent funds of any kind to Cryptsy in the first place? Anything is worth a shot.

A house he did not own, probably a fake zirconia ring, a beat up inifinity suv which will amount to five fifths of nothing after all of the legal fees.

"Perv" Vern WIPED the servers, people....

He did, however the Receiver already said they recovered some of an older database.

Probably in use to verify Claims.

That is good news, indeed!

If the auditors can access the servers surely they can see the user names/pw and the coin amounts remaining in the accounts?

Don't we have the right to our property whether it is tangible or digital before the courts distribute the remaining seized coins?

*Brute force will solve any Bitcoin problem*

I've rarely had a problem on COINBASE.com.

Ya neither did BigVern  Cheesy

I also have to remind HippieTech the idealism of Crypto was shot & pissed on long ago.
Once Doge took over and then the mass ICO bullshit ..it was then game over.

Bittrex ?
I have noticed over time a very suspicious amount of users who did not have 2fa ended up "hacked"
Make of that what you will..

Dox ?
Ya like my name that i registered at Cryptsy with ?
Seems someone or someone(s) has been ghosting me around the web with it for 2 yrs now.
Funny how Mullick replied here he had no idea how my name showed up here by a troll account..
And how he then vanished for a year etc etc.. just as Cryptsy was getting in trouble here.

I don't usually believe in coincidences.
Sure they happen but how often ?

I guess a lot in a greedy corrupt crypto-asshole scene huh ?
Say what you will about me guys but i never fucking ripped anyone off ever.
There is a legion of shitheads loitering around here who would gladly burn you for $10.
So when they are sitting on a fortune and the Fur Coat, Diamond Wedding Ring and Mansion in Florida money dries up.. then ya don't be surprised there is "FUD"
Them darn "Troll's" ..always ruining a good crypto-scheme  Angry

^bittrex is has been breached and locked my acct so i think it's the same officials take over these exchanges for doxxing users tracking fools ..blah blah same shit i warned everyone about with cryptsy get out of bittrex while you can if you can ...zzz

#offtopic ~ however bitcoin is rebounding and there is a new hope~from the ashes Wink
