Now is a great opportunity to fix the losses and buy those coins that will cover at least some of them. The market began a small move to the top. Do not miss it!

Ethereum is $100 above. This is the right time to buy more ethereum because it is possible that few hours from now it will be back to $500 again. Buy more now if would you like in order to have more open doors to a decent profit from your strategy. Don't give up your faith and hope because for sure your labor of patient will not in vain.

haha I agree with you that you can buy more to store ETH now. But I'm very much looking forward to when ETH returns to $ 500, I'm betting a lot on this market, so that's the best hope for me at the moment.

few days ago i just cut loss for Waves i bought Waves when the price in $16 and few days ago i can't hold it anymore, i'm sell all of my Waves in price $1,5/Waves, i'm loss more than 80% from all of my waves asset  Cry Cry
Before trading you should learn first about how to manage crypto assets properly so that bad things like this won't happen, this is my tips for you. Do not cut loss if your portofolio value has dropped above 50%, because it will be difficult to recovery (ideal range for cut loss is 10-20%). So next time, if you have experience the same thing it's better to buy more or just hold it until the value returns.

The price was still good then and now that it is below $80 and if hold then that show their is more loss and holding is the best answer now as the market is yet to show anywhere to recover soon.

OK so I bought ETH a while back when it was 600 dollars.

Now that ETH is 275 is it a good move to sell my ETH and buy back in? Wouldnt profit be faster when market picks up like that or not?

Please help me understand

Instead of selling at low price and buying back, it would be good if you hold and buy more so that the average buy price gets reduced.
For example, if you had bought 1eth at $600, now buy 2eth for $100 each, then you have 3eth with investment of $800. So your buying price will be 800/3= $266.

Stay calm and wait for the better market conditions. I mean, you cannot do something right now, but I would not recommend to cut the loses, because the market can still recover within several years.

Lol. As if you're always talking to a long term investor dude. It doesn't work for everybody. That's why we have a stop loss function to save us from losing a lot and get in at another, better time.

I want to ask you, why you buy eth at 600 $? is it for investment? if it's for investment then selling it is the wrong thing what you need to do in investing is time and patience.
if you are a trader and sell your assets when prices fall very deep then you are an amateur trader.

I think the strategy depends more if you are a trader rather than just a buy and hodler. What would you move into if you sold ETH and would that currency also depreciate at a similar rate or take the safe haven choice of going to cash instead? If you are a trader then you should always set stop losses to reduce your risk exposure when a coin is falling. If you are a buy and hold investor then acquiring more coins at a lower price will help reduce your overall cost average and lessen the pain of the fall in price.

You should not worry, the market will soon recover, if you sell at a low price then you will lose everything, keep the hope and wait, all is just starting.
This is why it is not good to take or give certain advice, while he was to to hold at above $270 the coin had dropped to more less than $100 and it would require another long wait to get to the former price if at all it would. The best is to follow one's instinct and leave whenever you find comfortable

If you are sure that ETH will going to go further lower, then cutting loses is good, but if the market suddenly do something good again, expect much loses when you sell your current holdings of ethereum coins.

Today's events have occurred at the price of digital currencies, especially Etherum and Bitcoin are experiencing a very sharp decline since a few months ago. but for someone who bought etherum at a high price beforehand, try to save it now, hold it and don't sell it now. this will make you very loss if you sell your assets. wait a good time for a few months later.

I saw numbers that brought the author to tears) Now ETH 106$ and I think this is a significant turn because it began your turn with 90$. I think this is the beginning of a new ascent and rise of ETH to the new top of the crypto industry.

Best to cut loss within the 10-15% loss. Accepting the loss is the most difficult part but if the market falls further like it did, you'd be happy you cut loss.

I don't know what your strategy is. You do not earn , but simply fix your losses and will try your luck in another direction. If you decide to play investor then play to the end. Why go into the role of a trader.

It will be comparable to playing roulette. You will wait for an uptrend and think that it will happen gradually, but in fact everything will happen instantly. Jump from $ 100 to$ 350 a day. You won't even have time to react.
