i understand your rules are to prevent multi accounts participating, however i really wanted to enter this competition, any way i can ?

We are sorry my friend, but for this Prediction pool, one has to be at least member rank this is the only requirement for participation and your account still in Newbie Rank. Its mentioned in OP. Maybe you missed out the info. Having said that if you want, then you can participate in the discussion and share your insight on Winning team, Team strength, combination, etc.

No ALT account, also account has to be minimum a member rank

thanks for reply, how do i actually rank up ?
You need to be positive here for rank up because now in recent time forum is doing very hard decisions and these are doing good for stopping spam and shit posters here so go to Meta and this section hopefully these will help you for rank up. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0

Update on Pakistan's World Cup Squad

Quote
Pakistan have sprung a surprise by bringing back pacers Mohammad Amir and Wahab Riaz to the ODI fold for the World Cup as they announced their final 15-man squad on Monday (May 20). Both Amir and Wahab did not initially feature in the provisional squad. Apart from the two seamers, batsman Asif Ali has also been included on expected lines in order to provide firepower in the middle order. Abid Ali, Junaid Khan and Faheem Ashraf, who were named in the initial squad, will make way for the trio.
[/quote]

They didn't have any other options, as Junaid Khan has miserably failed in recent one day matches. Mohammad Amir has done well in England pitches in the past. On the other hand, Wahab Riaz is always a very good pick on bouncy pitches.

Are you joining the pool @Onehash? I'd be up for taking on a fellow sportsbook!  Wink

I just read an interesting article about the 'dirty dozen' match fixers and how the tournament organisers are trying to ensure that they are kept away from players:

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/cricket/9147704/england-cricket-dirty-dozen-fixers-corrupt-world-cup/

I'd be surprised to see this kind of thing going on in arguably the biggest tournament of the year, but the money on offer can do strange things to people's morals.

The Pakistan team looked a little bit indecisive today at bat, was expecting Imam-ul-Haq and Zaman to do a bit better but Azam stepped up when needed. I don't know if they are going to have the power and drive to keep up with teams like England and India though.

Here's my picks for the warm-up games tomorrow:

England v Australia

- Joseph Root: Total runs Over 37.5 (1.92)
- England Total Runs after 15 overs: Over 79.5 (1.63)
- Team with Top Scoring Batsman: England (1.72)

India v New Zealand

- Team with Top Scoring Batsman: India (1.68)
- Total runs India (1st Wicket): Over 37.5 (1.93)
- Virat Kohli: Total runs Over 46.5 (1.92)

What are your thoughts? I'm really looking forward to watching the England game tomorrow - hopefully with a BBQ and a beer if the weather stays kind  Grin

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Cloudbet vs Onehash joining the pool and taking on each other is an exciting prospect, if that happens I’m on Cloudbets team as I like Ronnies insights. ICC Anti Corruption Unit has taken various measures to prevent bookies from getting in touch with players, but somehow these bookies manage to get in touch with players and then they try to fix the match. Pakistan team is not in great form going into the World Cup, and even in yesterday’s match they underperformed hence an early exit is a likely scenario for them.

This will be interesting. Both team have the best chance to win this world cup. England will have the benefit of playing in local though. I will go with England.
England has their best team ever for this world cup but don't forget that England never had any major success both in Football and Cricket except T20 world cup once.

I would love to see England to win the tournament but I fear the history may chase them and win. I am going with Australian team and then India.
This goes for this match only. However, it's hard to predict because all the 3, India, Australia and England have the great chance. They are balanced team. It will really going to be an interesting world cup.

I am expecting an exciting match between England vs Australia. If fact both team has the ability to win this world cup.

No Doubt England and Aussies are among the favorites but i do wish Newzealand team to win this world cup. Their performance is always good and consistence in the world cup but they mostly fail at the knockout stages of the world cup. I hope this time they do not repeat the history and should play the final of the worldcup.

Bangladesh, this time is the best team for the world cup, they have never been so much performed like this time. They have solid captain like Mashrafee, player like Shakib. I am expecting a huge performance from them.
I wish Bangladesh play semi-final at minimum.

You must be form Bangladesh and want your team to perform well in this tournament. They have good players who have played a lot of international cricket like Shakib  and Mashrafee, but thinking they could make Bangladesh reach the Semi- finals is too much optimistic. They might win few matches but it is not possible for them to be in top 4 teams.

I do not think Pakistan can give any challenge to team like India, England and Australia. For sure with not England, we have seen it from the recent England vs Pakistan series. Pakistan team has no balance both in bowling and batting unit in my opinion. See how they are playing today. Team like Afghanistan is doing better than them in both bowling and batting unit.

I don't think so but I wish too. Bangladesh is playing better than any previous time but still not qualified for playing semi final which isn't likely to be happened.
