It seems that you are missing a library or so. Did you copy all the libraries?
I downloaded wallet from link @OP. Just run the wallet-qt executable
Let me verify it, i didn't had any problems with the wallet.
My system is Windows 8.1 x64
Edit: My wallet.dat was broken. I dumped and imported privkey and it works perfectly. Thank you for replies!
Looks like it is essential to back up privkey, not just wallet.dat

I have problems with wallet-qt. It crashes with Visual C++ error, when I try to send coins.
What is the error?

Cycling clothes? Seriously? 
Yes. Something wrong with it? Of course Cycling coin will become more then just cycling clothes, but the main focus should be on cycling. Cycling is a very big business and it would be nice to see people using cycling coin to buy energy bars, bikes, clothes, etc.

problem i have 2 masternodes , when i stake a reward in transactions shows me 1.0013.... but i only became 0.0013 coins :O
