on my side dadice working nice without any issue there, lite version will be great solution for low internet speed, hope it will be great to have that.

The transaction fee is included in ShapeShift's exchange rate. For your convenience the amount to be received in btc in exchange for your altcoin is shown to you, same for withdrawal requests, where the altcoin amount to be received is shown.
