It can be hit earlier before 20th, I think the daily rolls is around 10million in average and it will be increased in the last few days as usual. So, it should be hit around 16-18th.
Yes but everyday is different. Who knows in the USA/Canada there is a long holiday so more people will be gambling and it might be earlier.

Why is the site for sale? Are the owners bored of running it & looking for a new challenge, business etc?
Is it a failing site & they're looking for a way out?
I'm always kind of suspicious as to why people are willing to sell their business. There must be a reason. People don't walk away from something that is doing really well, making them money.
I like Da Dice, it's a fun place to play & they ran the best signature campaign ever but I'm concerned that the site is for sale & would ask why.

How do you know the total wagered from real player (depositor) is only around 100btc? Just curious how you calculate it..
He doesn't. Inspired by QS, I think.
Rough estimate is around 1% (to 2% max) of total wagered from faucet players. (exactly the other way round he suggested). Faucet contributes more rolls (not wagered), thought it was obvious.
Go to https://stats.dadice.com/ click on leaderboard, and total up the total wagered of top 30 players which adds up to around 9556.693508BTC already.
