Japan, USA, South Korea, Israel (not sure about the order though)
The most capitalist countries, basically. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism.

Which country is the most dangerous with regards to animals

Quote
With a hidden camera they filmed animals undergoing mistreatment.
They remove the skin of all still living and claim that it is to allow a clean cut. After throwing the carcasses into piles, still alive and for about 10 minutes the heart beats and eyes blink and the paws of the dogs shake. There is still one who raised his head and fixed his bloodied eyes straight for camera.

In my opinion they are the Asian countries, but as you requested one, I will say that it is China.

I have a dog that I love very much and I can't believe when I see the Chinese doing cruelties with the dogs
I also have a dog and I love her very much. I don't understand those people who scoff at the animals. Asians eat dogs!!! How can this be? I wish them to choke on the dog and die. I have these monsters do not believe people.
It is indeed true and correct that most country who did cruelties with the dogs are Asian country and worst is they also eat dog meats.
Actually they are destroying the quotations where it said that dog is the man's best friend anywhere in the world.

In Chine I guess! In China, almost all the animals are eaten as if these are all normal edible meat. Dogs, even those strayed ones, are bought for their meat. Even those that are already endangered are considered food. I don't even understand why these people are so into these as if they really lack food. The government is apparently rich but the people, the majority, are so poor.

Recently there was news about endangered Siberian tigers slaughtered in China to prepare "exotic" meat dishes. I don't have any issues in them eating dog meat. But please avoid endangered species such as the Siberian tiger.

I think china is the dangerous country in this regard, because they don't care about animals they just want to take them in meal by killing them cruelly even it would be a pet animal or a wild one.

Syria is the most dangerous country in the world, where since 2011, more than 60,000 civilians died during clashes between civilians and rebels. The country is in a state of civil war, where both sides have long crossed the border of good and evil, using all available means to destroy the enemy.

I think Russia is the most dangerous country in the world.

So you think that Russia is more dangerous than countries such as Somalia, Saudi Arabia and Sudan? Either you are ignorant of Russia, or you are ignorant about these Arab nations. If I was given a choice between Russia and Somalia, I'd chose Russia.

I think Russia is the most dangerous country in the world.
For me, perhaps the most dangerous country is the country where wars are going including. For example, you can lead like Somalia. Following the example of Syria, you can also say that there is a very bad country in which it is very dangerous to live, citizens from other countries flew inexpensively from there.

I know lots of Asians and not a single one eats dogs. Maybe hotdogs sometimes. Be careful of painting a whole group of people with your limited personal experience.

Eating dog is common only in a few remote regions of China and Korea. As far as I know, this practice is not existent in other countries such as Japan and Thailand. But it is true that anti-Asian xenophobes have used this aspect to tarnish anyone originating from Asia.

Personally, I am not into stereotypes but Asian countries is the most cruel countries  towards animals. Not all citizen of these countries but many of them are evan eating dog , cat meat . This is too disgusting to handle for me. I wouldn't want to be an animal in any Asian country.
This is certainly off topic, but I also don't like Asians because they eat dogs. The Japanese continue to hunt dolphins. I've seen footage as males dolphins throw themselves on the spear to cover the females. How then to treat these people. I would be for it them another atomic bomb was dropped.

This is true. Only few people eats dogs. I once eat a dog without my consent. Didn't know it was a dog in the first place. This was when i was still a child. The only people that do this are only the poor. Which are either uneducated or have no money to buy some decent food.

China, as it is the largest importer of ivories and other animal related parts for it's medical and spiritual needs.

I don't know.. at least the Chinese are not directly killing the elephants for their ivory. All the killing is being done in Africa and India. But you can argue that without the demand from China, these killings would never take place. And in Russia, they are digging up pre-historic Mammoth carcasses from the permafrost, so that the tusks can be exported to China.

Hell yeah. Finally, cloning of mammoths would make an economic sense. Thats capitalism doing miracles right there.

Controversial South Korean cloning guru Professor Hwang Woo-Suk, who is working closely with Russian experts, told The Siberian Times: 'As a result of tireless joint efforts, we have achieved what we call the 'initial stage' on our way to recovering the mammoth.'

Professor Hwang said Putin's interest in his work was 'evident' and that the new World Mammoth Centre, which will include underground laboratories built in the permafrost, will bring the final cloning goal 'closer'.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3714301/Could-bring-woolly-mammoth-life-Scientists-claim-reach-milestone-efforts-clone-hairy-beast.html

To clone the mammoth, first they need to extract a well preserved corpse in which the DNA is not damaged. Such a corpse hasn't been found yet. After 10,000 years lying in the permafrost, I don't think that the DNA will remain undamaged in any condition.
