Hi guys, cashouts are working fine, however user grindabit is having problems initiating a cashout so we will process his manually.

You guys are correct, I think this warrants an explanation because we do not want anyone to think that we don't care.
The issue is multi-layered.
1. We are in a Beta, so all our focus is towards the overall platform and right now we are in the most demanding face of them all. Soon our casino will launch along with a flashpoker-client and some overall system upgrades. (And lots more we are keeping secret for now)
2. We are also working on completing our VIP system, which will include a play-through requirement function. This has proven to be a lot more difficult than we thought, given the fact that we have to identify what is "play-through requirement funds" and not and then revamp our cashout system (which is a complicated beast) - all this in order to make the experience for the users smooth and hassle free.
Because of these two things above, the freeroll restructuring and the tournament schedule in general have stayed unchanged and unfortunately will be so until we are able to deploy the new additions mentioned above.
When we do though, we will time it with some promotions and hopefully get the tables going

no not a single tournament... people only see canceled tourneys so they don´t even try to register anymore but it looks like db don´t care...
