I belive it. Since the circullation is small and now dash win palm beach event. And will be used anywhere. The dev when they rebranding it from dark coin to dash is the best moved for this coin. The first coin using instantx and the first masternodescoin. Fudders of this coin now must feel ashame. Evan duffield is the best guy.

There is a real possibility to reach 700 in two weeks.

I think Dash is a great coin, surely it can be within the first 3 coins of the market, but I do not think it can still compete with Bitcoin's technology, support, community, brand and spread.

In fact, I think no coin has yet been born that I can replace bitcoin at the top but not just for capitalization but in any case.

Dash has much lower fees (even lower fees after next update), has 4x Bitcoin capacity with regards to how many transactions it can handle (with Dash upgrading its blocksize from 1MB to 2MB with next update, that will be 8x Bitcoin capacity), Dash has optional instant confirmation times for its transactions and has a focus to be used mainstream as a currency, unlike Bitcoin that is just used as a store of value these days.

I think after Dash Evolution comes out (mid 2018), more and more merchants and users will switch to Dash because of its low fees, merchant and user friendlyness and Dash focus to function as a currency.
The time in between will be a highly speculative period, and with Dash coming out of a longterm downtrend could be interesting to follow.

So, lets try now. DASH? What's dash? There was a bitcoin once. It was a very revolutionary technology.  No fees, instant transactions. Great.
Now technology have a lot of challenges, including high fees (yes it's high already in terms of crypto world) , for same reason transactions takes so long time. Dash seems fixes not just those but all other future problems. Makes it's a good candidate who at the end, could become an Ideal digital currency.
 
Why not ETH or RIPPLE or other. They are too messy, includes a lot of extra stuff in it. Making them not just difficult to understand but they becomes "something else" too, currency must stay as a currency, not a movement nor religion nor something else. Simple, easy to use and easy to explain on how to.

Besides all challenges bitcoin has - current, and those it will fight in the future has it's biggest bonus -  recognizable brand. Every new player who enters at crypto market does that across bitcoin. And just part gets to another altcoin and even less moves to dash.

But when Dash reaches parity to bitcoin, and begins fight for biggest part of the market. How not to loose recognizable brand and assets which was build in it in a period of time? Crypto community will just swap the names between those two.
Note that name for Dash was changed couple of times already, it's would't be any news for those dash part of community. But for bitcoin part of community it's would'be a move how not to loose the brand and those assets laid in it.

That's not just a speculation. And there is not something we can do about it.
From the point where other crypto reached parity to bitcoin, it's just a matter of time to bitcoin itself, before it's gonna be completely forgotten.
For that "alternative top crypto" it's also makes harder go on it's own, without bitcoin brand. Actually will push whole crypto community for year or two back, together with biggest price fall and amid criticism from gov's and other institutions from around the globe! That's said, it will take a time before new crypto brand would be recognized.

Let's watch dash for another couple of month, when it will reach second or third place by a cap. A movement will find a place which will declare such ideas of name swapping.


That's could happen in a both ways. Probably after btc reaches, let's say, 14k for 1 btc. And next it falls back to 4k. Then dash wil reach parity at +-7k ,for dash, at that moment.

Forecasts I post is like a ready product. I try to give a precise targets and a stops points. All you need is to calculate risks according to your mm. Then you will gain constant  profit forever.

You give a prediction but you give no reason for the prediction to come true, why people are going to begin to use DASH so much that is going to reach a parity with bitcoin, is the price of bitcoin going to go down or DASH is going to skyrocket?

Nope, Dash was never pre-mined. Pre-mine means that people could mine Dash (then called Xcoin) before it got offically launched, thats not the case with Dash.
All those people that claim Dash was pre-mined either do not know the definition of pre-mine or just try to force Dash into that pre-mine corner anyways.

To the market its irrelevant now what happened more then three years ago in the first 48 hours, the market currently cares only about : development progress, detailed roadplan,
solid community, a clear vision on the project.

With its decentralized budget system, Dash is creating and expanding its own ecosystem of products and services.
Dash currently has over 2 million dollars per month to spend on growing that "little" Dash ecosystem.
Never underestimate a cryptocurrency that has the power and the drive to form and expand its own ecosystem.

Ethereum also can not does that. On first days of this month, I saw the Ethereum network also receive many problems when it hard fork, it made many transaction error and make me lossed all fees transactions although this transaction can not create. Of course, it not like Bitcoin will back my wallet that fees after 72 hours can not confirm.

I totally agree what you wrote above. But for the thread maker person, dash can never reach bitcoin's market capitalization, or surpass it. If there is one to reach its market cap, that's ethereum. Ethereum has this potential.
