it looks like this project is very interesting and pre sales have started a few days ago, but I wonder why the tokens sold only reached 19,221 DXCT, is that true? I know the pre sale time is still long and ICO hasn't started yet, how much is your soft cap?
Progress in such a market is good.
If you compare with other projects, then everything is more or less normal. Plus, the price of the token is quite reasonable if you look at it soberly.
The question of implementation remains, but I think such a question can be asked for almost any project.

how much is the DXCT token need to raise? good to know that there's a percentage for the charity donation/ awareness activities. this will give lots of help to those needy! What is the minimum required amount for your project (DataXchain) to take place? Maximum 30 million, but it is unlikely that you will collect at least half of this amount.
