Luck is a small factor in trading but it can make a huge change in some situation. HOwever, in day trade, I believe that skills are the most important things you need to have. If you do not have skill or experience, do not ever make a day trade. It can destroy your balance less than a month. Without any skills or experience, day trade will become the same as gambling. And you know, people are addicted to gambling although they always lose their money. THErefore, I suggest you should learn trading before making your own day trading

I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.
So, should I stick with holding or playing day trade is a better option?

We could only trade through skills because I believe that no matter how lucky we are, if we don't have skills, we can't still do trading right and appropriate. We might just have losses if we'll rely trading in luck. We still need enough knowledge and wisdom about what we are doing.

It's both luck and skill to begin with. Skill to determine the movement of the market at the same time much like a luck to be able to ride the rise of the prices of coins in the market.

Yes both luck and skills can be appreciated when you're doing day trading activities, because without skill you won't be able to choose good coins to sell. Unlike those who didn't study trading, they won't be able to acquire knowledge towards trading guides as difficult price movements analysis will occur by the time you're having opportunity to buy at lower coins price.

I have to agree on this after all,  i think that daytrading is more than difficult but sometimes you need to be a little bit lucky in order to earn in some trades that seem to be lost

Day trading is mostly discipline and experience. Luck does count but not much. No one get lucky all the time. Also being patient is a part of success formula.
I myself has joined this "bubble" market for 10 months. I learn that this is a war of nerves. Nothing more. Record your psychological variables. You'll see what i mean. Good luck on day trading guys.

I agree with this anyway, daytrading is very risky, but profitable.
If you do not know how to trade, just do not try to trade because you are going to lose a lot of money at the end.

For me to have a good profit or income in day trade the trader should have a good skill in trading because day trading is not easy job, it is not easy to gain a big income in day trading so all the traders should have a great skills in trading to be profitable.

It can be luck only short term. Long term making profit with  trading means: making good decisions frequently.
That cannot be matter of luck, rather good strategy , discipline, patience, technical and analytical skills , experience etc.
Both the long term and short term trade are better in some cases but it require their own different strategies for these both type of trading. For long term trading it is beneficial that you learn about the patience and can wait for a longer term it often give a high profit while in day trade you have to learn to not do greed and when the market is growing you invest and then withdraw with a smaller profit when you feel that the profit is now enough according to your efforts and capital in the trade.

I think in order to have a successful day trading card you need to have experience and a lot of skills. The market in recent days is constantly fluctuating and difficult to guess, so to be able to profit from low risk you should trade short. You must have a specific trading plan and always follow market and bitcoin prices, combine technical analysis with market information.

I think day trading will require more skill. Luck is also a significant factor for day trading. But it seems that some experienced traders will have more analytical skills, and they can tell which coin will rise today
skills are clearly the most important factor for day trading, where we have to carefully read the market price movements at any time, although luck can be accompanied for day trading, I think the things that need to be applied are the expertise and experience in trading
If you don’t know how to take a piece of bread and how to make sandwich from it, you wouldn’t be eating it at all. Likewise, if you want to get money from trading, you must know how to do that. Better is to take some time and make a deep research about it. Only then, once you have got prior basic knowledge of things in trading, you are good to go for a dive in this practical environment.
It mean you wana say that trading is all about skills that you will have to know it, so I am sure bitcoin trading will all profit if you know it gonna know basic skills related to it, if you will grab the rise and fall of bitcoin trading as day then nothing will make you worry at any cost, luck matter as also but luck works like salt in the floor in day trading.

You can see that the market has been fluctuating continuously over the years and it is hard to predict, so in order to be successful and less risky you have to trade short term by day. The market is bearish in the long term so you need to have specific trading plans to minimize risk and maximize profits. You can not rely on luck but you need to analyze carefully before making any investment decision.

Skill is essential to be a successful trader. You just don't go into into it carelessly,  otherwise you will loose money. To be lucky is to have prepared to take up an existing position. You can't have luck if there are no preparation.  The preparation is the skill you need such that you can capture an opportunity. In my opinion,  skill is important for a successful crytocurrency trading.

I agree on thism but you need to know that if you do not know how to trade, you are not going to be able to make a single dollar out of trading, it does not matter if you are doing day trade or normal trading.

I think you need both of them to become successful in trading. In my opinion you need 90% skill and 10% luck. You can develop your skill from tradingview website.Tradingview is very resourceful website for learning about trading and technical analysis. And the most important thing for a day trader is to know when to take profit.
You are right to some extent because if you are lucky the price will grow when you want to sell and when you want to buy the price will go down, but it is not like this. You should set a chair in front of your computer and check the currency position every minute, and then you will be able to catch the exact time for buying and selling. If you can do this you will be a successful trader.

its not about luck that drives the price to go up or down but it is because of the manipulation by whales , if not manipulation it might be another reason on why we experience a rise or fall. luck is will only apply whenever you started to do a move , like for example you have traded at high price and then the value became too low after you have traded your coins , then that could be considered a real luck. same as when you loose. but in these crypto business we are more on a loosing side because the market is always in a bad shape.

I itn that to be able to trade by day succeed you need to have a lot of skills rather than luck, the market is volatile hard to guess, you have to trade really fast and analyze the mix well with wall information. The transaction must always track the bitcoin price so that it can handle every possible situation. Therefore, short-term trading is very difficult.

Both. Trade also requires luck and DayTrading is so risky that it requires skill. If we have luck and skill, failure will be impossible.
Daytrading takes a lot of time in front of the screen in order to avoid defeat. I see you are not sure with the time, then don't try for doing daytrading as you may get more losses.

it seems like daily trading requires more expertise than luck because if you are trading daily you also have to have a lot of capital and divide your capital to buy some coin there so you better have skill.
