So if i stop the miner It does say that 0 Accepted .. i am using the same username/password as logging in.. and the main worker .. i have even port forwarded 8332 and 8333 for Bitcoin on router .. still red worker on MyAccount page 
..
seems that it is definitely a issue that I am causing, just dont know how to fix it.
Ill let it run a couple hours .. see what happens... and post updates

average of 3.06 MHash/s on this laptop and 11-12 on my desktop .. CPU mining only at the moment, just started reading about it yesterday, wanted to try it out .... was working ... now i cant get it to
its seems that it is not accepting my shares
Average time to generate each share at 3 MH/s is 23 minutes and 51 seconds. Are you sure that you are waiting long enough to see shares counter increasing ?its seems that it is not accepting my shares
Hey Tycho just wanted to say great job on staying on top of things in your pool. Whenever there are problems they dont seem to last too long and you are always working on it before anyone even has to say a thing! Your like a robot man and it is much appreciated on this side. This kind of service keeps me coming back to this pool every day! :)

So I decided to try out deepbit.net and yesterday I was having no issues, was able to connect and generated 0.00051738 BTC in my small little trial. I have been getting a bunch of errors "Listener for "default": date time, Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC". Anyone else having problems or know what is going on? It started at 6:30am this morning Pacific time and is still happening. I will get blocks in between the problems though.. It was after a message saying, "Long polling is restarting, this doesn't effect mining" but it has been getting errors ever since?

It didn't update for me at 16:00 (UTC) as well. It usually means that no block was found by the pool between 15:00 and 16:00. It should update at 17:00, if the pool finds a block within the next 48 minutes (or has found a block within the last 12 minutes).
No, this time the balance was not updated because of a bug in the software.Thanks for pointing this out, we are working to fix updating, please wait.

I've mined close to 400 shares in the past 2 hours and balance has not been updated on the site for nearly 3 for me.
It didn't update for me at 16:00 (UTC) as well. It usually means that no block was found by the pool between 15:00 and 16:00. It should update at 17:00, if the pool finds a block within the next 48 minutes (or has found a block within the last 12 minutes).

Tycho, have you considered adding an option to send bitcoins to deepbit to have a wallet there? I mean, something like Mybitcoin.com but where we can trust no one will mess aroun with our btc. Like a bank really, but with no fees of course lol
