One of my first fun coins ( yet before Dogecoin ) I remember was Flappycoin  Grin

It was fun to talk about, the community was good and the offical Bitcointalk thread had more than 230 pages what shows how popular the coin was for some time. I do not really know why it died.

Probably you could revive it with some more serious goals for the coin.

So many crap coins with no novelty the best way is let them die, no point to revive.

Yes, the vast majority have no innovation and should die. But some eg XCN have interesting ideas. I don't just work on any and all coins, i first study them and then decide. Some coins have large followings, that sometimes can be enough cause for revival.
I am willing to give you the old GB wallet if you decide to revive.

They die and it was becoming an earmark if they were the worst coin and no need to be revived again. But seems like Factom is the different example in this case.  Although if the coin was getting overtake by a new dev and i think i can give it once chance again.

Doge coin would be nice to see come back alive.

doge have no real use or utility, it's worthless pump and dump, better to have it dead, it was nice at first because attracted "much newbie"(in doge terms), but it is done now, also was bad because it promoted another row of coins like it, you have panda, flappybird, darkdoge etc...all trash, that were only useful for scamming little unexperienced traders

I bought " TAM " which is altcoin and its price is not going up .
I made purchase of this altcoin about one week ago but still it's price is constant , no movement at all , So I want sell this back at the Same amount of price at which I bought it , but probably I can't do it .

You got scammed by that tam dev. He's a con and a noob developer. I dont know what's worse though. You buying TAM in the first place or the fact that you're still holding them.  Grin

What to do with dying or dead coins. Many people associate bad experience with dead coins. I think it's better to start a new project.

I get that , but many working coins with large followings, is never a bad thing. I am making a project out of existing projects.

Eg, HBN, OPAL and XCN have seen a few mentions so far in this thread, meaning that there is demand for them to be active.
